Manager Communication:
Got ducks in a row for Matt's batching shift. Gus let me know Knibbs will not be able to make it in for his shift tonight. We have an All-star crew on, so it should hopefully present few issues. Want to be wary of holding onto Matt for too long because of his batch shift in-time - I can stick around to help out with Boosters load-in, and we can swing Greg up to Trees to assist as well. Also, Natasha already counts as two bartenders. - IP

Day was smooth. Jenn completed all batching that Matt couldn't get to before doors, so we are loaded up. Waiting on more Mango Nectar from US Foods, so Ariel grabbed some on his way in to shore up another batch of The Child for tonight. Otherwise, all product should be good to go. 

The Parents of Park Slope descended upon Trees en masse. Kept trees packed from 5 all the way through to the Friday night events. - IP

Solid busy night. I was able to get Matthew out of here after the dinner round settled and then got Greg out after the late round settled. Gabrielle was great solo in Lobby and Natasha shut it down solo in Tree's. - AB

Matt arrived promptly for his batch shift and got right to work. We received all of the product we need to fulfill pars - should be ready to road trip with Mando and Grogu all weekend. - IP

We were perfectly cruising without Knibbs today. Nice night from the whole crew! - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
We received Skurnik, lemons and limes, saratoga, 

Baldor arriving tomorrow.  Got some kiwi + agave (enough for a Grogu double batch, should we need it). JH

Maintenance:
I put the single-motor Bubbler back in the lobby to use for lemonade - still unable to figure out why the new motor isn't spinning the impeller, but will give it another shot after the weekend business settles down a little. - IP

The lowboy in Tree's closest to service well, was not cold. The beers were no getting cold. I turned the dial to make it more cold but had beers in a buss bin with ice just in case. I did not have any further complaints throughout the night. Not sure exactly what the issue is but I wonder if this is due to us constantly opening it and sometimes the door gets stuck open or if it is actually broken. I feel like it seems to be broken but please check tomorrow morning upon arrival. Gus has already been informed. - AB2

The Soda compressor in lobby was making a weird noise again. Gabrielle brought it to my attention but I never heard it. Please be aware of it. Gabrielle said that that was the noise it was making before spouting out water in the past. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
