We had a couple Mortal Kombat guests confused about the special thinking it was a dessert. Wyatt made a blog note and posted a helpful announcement. I don't think we need to change anything unless this keeps happening every round but we were good today outside of the dinner round screening. - AB

I got Matthew out of here at 7:15. After the TH1 ticket rush ended, I moved him to lobby to stock Gabrielle and I had Tevon up in Tree's so that we can have 3 bartenders up there. - AB2
I cut Tevon after the last round settled. - AB2

Gabrielle held down lobby solo and Jeshua and Duan closed Tree's nice and smooth. - AB2

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Natasha is sick, but Jeshua is back and worked for her!

A togo bag was left in Trees with a box from Sterling Place. I didn't snoop in there so I am unsure of what it is but it's in the bin in Lobby. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
