Rebecca on Rebecca training this morning for MOD open - really awesome to have double the Rebecca here for what is shaping up to be a massive Memorial Day. Hold on to your butts! - IP

Theaters were slammed and lobby traffic direction occupied most of the bar team's attentions. Trees was tame all morning and afternoon. Theater rushes were hot and heavy - everyone stepped up. Special shout out to Becca who held down the service pass while I helped Greg behind the bar - thanks, dude!! - IP

Really impressive teamwork in the building today. Things I was going to get were already being brought to where they needed to be like multiple times. Everyone working together.-LB

Pint glasses were in short supply this weekend. I will check levels and order more if needed but that was one thing the team kept being short on. We have one box in storage. People were imbibing this holiday weekend quite hard.-LB

I have a question: in theaters we automatically add gratuity to apple pay, in the lobby people can sign and add a tip but they generally walk away and don't sign. Can we automatically add gratuity to all apple pay? What makes the distinction of Apple pay vs. other tap pay?-LB

Customer Comments: It felt like we had a lot of new faces this weekend!

BAR Staff Observations:
Greg gets a little too focused on his restock when opening and leaves some key tasks unfinished up until doors are open. I made sure everything was ready to go and we had no hiccups, but I'd like to maybe go over the opening protocol with him a little more in-depth to get him opening up the bars more efficiently. - IP 

Greg and Lydia hung through about 5:45 helping both levels get through their busy rounds and restocks. Everyone was fresh and made it all look easy.-LB

Tevon was a beast today. I gave him a few breaks so we could keep him around through the Master. Then got him out of here and I helped Patrick through rushes through about 10:15pm when I routed lobby bar. We got some weird last minute memorial Day business and the last screenings of the day all had lots of drink sales. Busy end to a very busy weekend. Patrick was a wonderful machine taking care of so much of the theater service.-LB

Jeshua crushed service in the lobby tonight doing a massive restock for the team before leaving. He really is a  crucial part of this team supporting the system with diligence. -LB

 
FOH Staff Observations: Caleb just a shining star lately.  Pushing dishes through, being helpful and such a calm presence. He also bussed Trees for us while he was waiting. Just exemplary. I gave him a token.-LB

Tevon made the batch list left by Lauren, which I supplemented later on in the day with some more Firewalk and Lemonade. Should be super stocked up for the upcoming week, or at the very least until Friday's batch shift - IP

Tevon made us some more Irish whipped topper and I made the last Boosters batch-LB

Maintenance:  The cables at the end of Trees towards the bathrooms could use some safer or longer cables to the iPad and the credit card machine. The iPad was at 10% today and the cord keeps getting pulled out. The old cable that was attached to the wall is defunct. This could just use some love. 

The Trees main printer was giving us issue. I did a light cleaning, I am going to do a deep clean with our little vaccum.-LB

I went on a deep cleaning frenzy of all four Trees printers when we were done with service. Our little vacuum has a little nozzle that blows air which is really useful for getting out the partially broken ticket papers.-LB
