Manager Communication: I took down the Dark & Stormy $12 letters from the signs at Trees. We are out of Goslings and also now ginger beer.-LB

I broke out all three back ups of rocks glasses and we still seemed short. Not having hands to fully circulate glassware was hard, Jared was clutch in helping do this in the dishpit for about an hour when I was fully behind the bar. I will order maybe five more boxes. Obviously, some of our most popular drinks come in the rocks glasses and they do break. So it is not unusual that they need to be replaced and reupped. All things considered, we were really selling everything full throttle tonight and happy to see we need more glassware-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 

First two rounds were relatively easygoing, with a couple of really well sold theaters, but neither bar missed a beat.  Trees did a hefty restock right before four and, once Patrick + Jeshua were in, Greg floated down to lobby and Matthew did a big restock for lobby. JH

Lots of fantastic teamwork today. Jenn shuffled what she could around with Lydia's absence. Our bar team is so helpful to each other. Natasha was cut but still stopped to cover the lobby for Jeshua because he wanted to get a small restock still for himself. This Saturday people were drinking. -LB

Jeshua swung up to help close Trees with Patrick, Gab and I. Patrick cut out around 12 since he is moving tomorrow. Everyone really steps up as needed.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: They all have such hustle. And flow, do not forget their flow.-LB

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 

Lydia posted their shift on 7Shifts this morning saying that they had a cold.  I spoke to Lydia and marked them sick on 7Shifts as they said they would be unable to work tonight.  

No bartenders were available to pick up the shift, so I did some smushing around with the later bartenders.  Patrick will be coming in at 4:00pm to pre-close + Gabrielle will come in at 5:15pm to close.  Patrick is moving tomorrow, so Lauren + Jeshua will help get Gabrielle over the closing finish line.  7Shifts is updated. Maintenance: 

Dio came through this morning and checked out the lowboy at Trees that has been giving us temp issues.  He said that a part needs to be replaced and that he would order it.  Gus is in touch with him. JH

The lowboy was dysfunctional to the point of guests sending beers back. I loaded up a bus tub with ice and beers for service. I also pulled the phony negronis from blocking the fan and the juice boxes that were also clogging air flow. There is quite a bit of water on the bottom. Will figure out how to store product tonight. -LB *After I cleared the airflow the lowboy got a lot cooler. -LB

Ice machine was raining inside, I reset it. -LB

Sauv Blanc fob kept falling and all the beer fobs kept falling after tapping tonight.-LB

The service well well came apart last week and we found the nut and put it back together. I forgot to tighten it. We lost the nut tonight. I got one from Juan's closet. Jeshua tightened them both, they should be good to not fall off for a while.-LB
