PLEASE empty the Sani bucket at the end of the night. If we are going to keep fruit flies in check, leaving buckets of water and wet rags won't help.-LB

Opened up with Rebecca. Good sales for Toy Story in theater 1 all day. The small freezer under the cocktail station in Trees was left open last night and totally froze over, so I emptied it out and chipped out all the frost. She's fresh and ready to freeze! - IP

I really want to remind the bar team to restock a bottle they kill. Having to get on a step ladder during a dinner rush to hunt for Hennessy, when you may or may not even have a back up. I will add this to the par stock list that I am working on. Bottles out may be part of their drop procedure or something for Trees to prevent this. -LB

We have more menu holders for Trivia and special events at Trees. They are in a small Tupperware that needs to just STAY AT TREES. Don't bring it to the back. Just leave it at the bar. -LB

Unsurprisingly this night got busy everywhere all the time. Down a bartender I tried to put myself where ever I could be most useful, prioritizing helping Jeshua due to his medical problem.  Wyatt and Jared were also everywhere. -LB

I broke out the back up case of pilsner glasses since GF soda and Iced Irish are moving. Also a box of pint glasses. Will order more back ups.-LB

I repainted half the A-frame while waiting on the spray paint which will give us a better finish for the chalk. But this might allow us to promote Bingo on Tuesday, Monday. Ian, don't try to use it, it should dry for a while.-LB

Customer Comments: People at the box office tonight really think I am omniscient about future returns so people can see sold out movies. If I was omniscient, I might use my powers for more interesting opportunities.-LB 

BAR Staff Observations:
Matt and Nat opened up, with Tevon in at 1p. Talk about set it and forget it, I mean wow. - IP

Matthew cut and Nat just before 5pm.-LB

Tevon worked a long one, he is on a short shift tomorrow so please keep the openers in addition to him, I will be cutting him shortly after the closers arrive tomorrow- LB

When we had the game's audio on at Tree's Lounge Lydia was turned using Spotify, which is frowned upon even when we do have music on as front-facing service is the goal. Set the music and walk away. 

They replied I am adding to my Pride playlist. I said, we don't even have that playing. Please front face and do your job. Kind of over all of this behavior.-LB

Lydia asked me for ice three times. The support needed during their shifts from management is more than beginner bartenders. I added notes to 7shifts.-LB

Another observation has come into focus after working with Lydia, that Gus and I will cover on Monday. I often find I have to help them get out of the weeds because they have to have in depth conversations with staff members at the service pass. Must I remind Lydia that they are there to do their job. They need blinders on. Or someone to tell them to stop it. They cause back ups on the team constantly. And we all have to dig us out. If I had to share a tip pool with someone that put so many things ahead of our work load, I would be very annoyed that I had to continue to share that tip pool with them.-LB

Maintenance: Had to tighten both water faucets. I would like to get the wrenches that fit them and have them there to do this properly. -LB

I hit all the bar prep drains and all the bar drains with bleach. I hit bar prep and lobby bar with green goblin. I hit Trees after they were done with all the water. I will do all the sticks tomorrow. I will also talk to Vlad about deep clean of the floor drains. Should put us in the clear for bugs for sometime. -LB

Mobilebytes Issues: The Milagro rep had some confusion with me when he came through to buy some things before he saw a movie. So sorry there were a bunch of voids.-LB
