Manager Communication: 
While doing pre-shift in the kitchen discovered two buttons for Low Class urban b****** with different amount of asterisks, one with a count of 79 which was likely the button made for the event for Wednesday and another that had the count of zero that was 86ed. I don't know who made the second button, but it did wipe out our bar team's count of product accounting.-LB
Ian is a one-man trivia machine. Building got really busy tonight everywhere.-LB

I was only able to be as effective with Trivia because of Becca - she was everywhere. Every single call, no matter where or when, she answered - all the while helping flip theaters and run glassware. It was unreal. We also had a medical emergency during which she called EMS and handled their arrival. More on that below -- bottom line is, Becca is an absolute rock star. - IP

Customer Comments:
During the late round Obsession a guest fainted, which caused some panic amongst the guests seated nearby. There was a walkie call that just said "CALL 911.", then there was mention of a seizure - so Becca and I rushed into the theater to find the guest walking out of the theater under his own power sheepishly telling everyone that he had fainted. Becca called EMS and we had them fill out an incident report. We have the guest's information and the badge number and name of the responding EMT. The guest and his friends left with the ambulance. We have a copy of their checks and tendered them to walk-out as we didn't have a chance to retrieve payment in the rush with the EMT's. Becca has all the paperwork and more info in the MOD blog and will go over everything with Jared tomorrow. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Trivia team was great tonight. Duan is really getting the hang of the floor service. Great attitude - fits in great with the rest of the trivia crew. - IP

Special Events?
Trivia was yuge tonight. Really busy and Obsession and Backrooms keep crushing. Held onto Lydia a lot longer than usual, but they had a great attitude and the whole team was awesome tonight. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
