Manager Communication: 
I put masking tape in the walk-in where the coconut water, saline and acid solution can go for the upcoming cocktails. -LB
Gus spoke with coca cola and they had in fact been having our tickets closed by random companies saying they came here. Hopefully they understand that they need to come out and service us now since no one has come-LB
Bar binders are good to go.-LB

Lauren crushed menu change tasks. All three of us together locked in the Disclosure Day special (I made the build sheet in the drive and updated the menu change doc). Pre-Code Parade had a lovely little crowd who partied heartily beforehand and had a little afterparty action. James makes life very easy for us bar managers, and I deeply appreciate it. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Lydia and Patrick did a great job behind the bar. Tevon and Greg were stalwarts in the lobby. - IP

Special Events? 
pre-code - this has been getting busier! The DJ is spinning some good tunes and people seem to be spreading the word. Nice work, Cristina!! - IP

Maintenance: 
I cleaned and labeled both GF kegs that are in the walk-in. I also cleaned and de-manhattaned the Oren keg. You can do the same to the other keg by soaking and cleaning the top well. Rinsing and cleaning the inside then soaking one pint of lemon juice and fill with super hot water. Let it soak for 20 minutes and the stained flavors should be gone.-LB
Gus worked on the broken well at Tree's.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
