Manager Communication:
Finished up the batching odds and ends (put Marg in keg, made tea concentrate, made 2x Kings of Summer and the backup Princess Peach keg, which will be charged at 4:30p today). Opened with Wyatt. Got photos of Toy Story special with Conrad. - IP
BAR Staff Observations:
Openers did a great job and we slid right into a very busy second round once closers got in. These weeknight shows have been selling really well into the last round, so I have definitely had to hold on to an opener a little bit later than usual the last two nights. It is a combination of ticket sales and the new push of guests at Trees, but it was never untenable. I could have held on to Danny for a bit longer (maybe thirty or mire minutes) to better facilitate mid-service restocks, but both bars were able to hold off until post-last call restocks. JH
Special Events?
It is kind of hard to tell if the groups at Trees were drawn in by the tables or World Cup games, but Trees had a pretty decent crowd all night. WC games do appear to have been keeping groups hanging out a little while longer, which is a welcome weeknight boon. Would it be possible to print a tiny cheatsheet of the daily game schedule so that bartenders are ready to answer guest questions about the day's lineup? I don't think it has to be added to the cue sheet, maybe even a post-it note on the pos. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Just wanted to shout out runners the past two days, as they have been running food like champs. They have been really focused on finding the table numbers and have not even asked anyone on bar team for directions the last two (pretty busy) nights. JH
Bartenders could be more consistent with restocking glassware during service and stocking back ups for garnishes, too. Glassware restocking tends to fall to the wayside quickly, especially when Trees has its own business going on, and is not noticed until in the peak of a service push. It has popped up the last two nights because of the third round screenings in the larger theaters continuing to sell very well. JH
Prep List:
Somebody get the walk-in some Metamucil because she is BACKED UP! Very much all set for the holiday weekend. - IP

The light that is above the ice machine at Trees Lounge went out sometime this evening. I added it to the Maintenance sheet, but it did not affect service. JH
