Manager Communication:
Sleepy open allowed me to tack on some additional action items to my morning. Got the keg of GF Soda with the new recipe in the keg and charging and made another 6qt of GF Oleo that is steeping in the walk-in. - IP

Definitely saw some larger groups taking advantage of the tables out at Trees Lounge, and the third round Disclosure Day sold more tickets than the second round screening. JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Matt and Jeshua opened. Easy breezy. - IP

Was able to get Jeshua out of here once the initial service push for the third round screening in Th1 had settled.  There was realy only one time, around 9:45pm, where I had to take the service pass at Trees so Gabrielle could attend to guests.  But that was only about ten or so minutes.  Matthew cruised through his solo lobby shift, and both he and Gabrielle closed each bar without issue. JH

Hiring/Training:
Met Sam during interviews with Gus - seems cool! Great resume, appears to know his stuff. - IP

Special Events?
World Cup at Trees and Psycho tonight. - IP

Prep List:
Made a big list for Nat (2 FWWM, 4 FroCo, 2 Lemonades, 2 Iced Teas, marg keg, OF keg, negroni keg, 2 twitterpated, and the Toy Story special). - IP

I made a GF Soda keg, another 6qt of Oleo, and more Arbol Tequila and Simple so Nat has what she needs for her prep shift. - IP

Natasha got through the majority of the list this evening. We just need to make a double batch of Kings and two iced tea concentrates tomorrow.  Also, both Princess Peach + Margarita kicked, but we did not refill the kegs as it was late in service.  Both kegs are cleaned and chilling in the walk-in. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Welcome to Keg Town, population us. We got LOADED UP by Union. - IP

Wine guys came by to pick up empty Frutal kegs. - IP 

The box of St. George liqueur that is being picked up tomorrow is out on the runner table by DW2 and labeled as a return. JH

Round Table + Wilson Daniels arrived. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming. Ryan held down lobby.  I had to help with ticketing a couple of times but he was solid. Gabrielle was a great mid.
