BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Matthew opening are such pros. I was able to push everyone back today. Cut Matthew at 4. Cut Tevon around 4:30. -GS\
Theaters were quiet but really glad I held onto Danny and Gab for the game. Trees was packed and busy.  I cut Danny around 10:15. Gab as the game ended.  I staff perked food for Patrick, Lydia and Gab since they did not stop moving the entire night. It was great and I do think we should keep the tables. It has been really good vibes in there since we have kept them.-LB
The whole team crushed it. Really excellent service. -LB

FOH Staff Observations:

Hiring/Training: Andrea Day 1 Andrea got a lot of reps on Filmbot, made a good amount of tickets for theaters. Points to work on: Register management and ringing in orders (we completed POS training, but there just wasn't a lot of actual live things to ring in.) She has great attention to detail.

Tomorrow she will do her server trail with Sabrina during the first round. Wyatt is aware and so is Sabrina.-GS

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: WE got the new well! I installed it. Also, Cat Video Fest cards came in.
I went to order US foods after midnight and the website was bugging and would not let me.-LB

Maintenance: The Frozens were having trouble to start the day. We removed all fans from blowing on them and it started to work. I made a new ticket number with Coke. They already closed it. -GS
The broom holder at Trees lounge fell from the wall.-LB*have not added to maintenance doc. 

Mobilebytes Issues: At one point a CC reader in theater 1 hiccuped and had an issue.
MB had some closing issues at Trees, but less than yesterday and was not really an issue other than one tab when the game ended.-LB 
I will say that for events at Trees when a lot of people order food things get lost.  Things went fairly smooth anyway.-LB
Jared was instructed to comp Palco's food, so he did, but oddly the bacon added to one of the burgers would not come off with the manager comp. So there was still 4.36 showing up on the check when I was closing out Trees. I closed it to bad debt. If anyone understands why.-LB

Filmbot Issues: As we were trying to bring the gate down Jeshua was trying to credit a ticket to someone but it would not work. We could also not credit the ticket to a gift card manually. We tried over and over it would not work. This A-hole was freaking out about not getting to his movie so I credited her back to her credit card. I had to sell him a ticket two minutes after the movie started. I have not seen this issue before but it was very odd, if anyone has a tip for this.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
