Was a nice busy day. The rain brought some peeps in, The World Cup brought some peeps in, and the theaters were busy. Jeshua was bugging out a bit due to the POS/Card reader not working (Read Mobilebytes issues). This did not help. I told him to take it easy several times. The system breaking down is not fun but usually forcing things and bugging out and getting mad does not help and does not look good in front of guests. I put a sign over that POS and had the whole team close people out from the far POS. Good thing we have 2 here. - AB2

I held Tevon here later than usual. I needed him. We were busy with everything tonight and homie was clutch. - AB2

Hiring/Training: Hired a new bartender

Maintenance:
Fire Walk's were not freezing today. The one in Tree's was solid closest to the service bar. I would double check them tomorrow and make sure that the first thing you do is turn the machine's to slush. I was also making sure that bartenders were not fully dumping the whole batch into the frozen. I understand that it doesn't seem like much of a deal for us to tell a server to grab a frozen downstairs but if I was a server coming from 4/6 and being told to go downstairs because we're pouring all of the product in the chamber, I would be pretty frustrated and I don't think that crosses anyone's mind. Gotta rock the slow and steady top off for the Frozen's for best results. - AB2

Mobilebytes Issues:
The main Tree's POS/Card reader was acting up. I believe the internet went out for about 30 seconds and then we got the thin red bar on the top of the screen that stated "Credit Cards are currently processing offline. Number of stored transactions pending approval: 2". Cards were also not working at this time. You could not open a tab or close out a tab. I reconnected and unplugged everything and it seemed to be ok but then it would happen again. Take a look tomorrow and see what's going on. It seems fine but then the screen will say "Error The Network connection was lost." It keeps picking and choosing when and when not to work. Please check it out when you get in. Hopefully it is good because the batch will be ran tonight and cleared for tomorrow. - AB2

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
