Manager Communication:

I taped the World Cup schedule up at the bar near the pass where the cocktail specs and stuff are. The ones highlighted have passed. Use this as a reference when playing any games. - AB2

World Cup kept Trees buzzin' all night. Theaters were rockin'. Becca and Wyatt were patrolling the theaters and I was stationed at Trees to help out wherever needed. Glassware got backed up pretty regularly - not sure if this can be curtailed be more diligent pre-bussing, but we got through it with no adverse affect on service. - IP

Customer Comments:

Tree's had a nice crowd for the USA game. Perfect for business. They just chill and eat and drink. It's paced nicely and Matthew/Knibbs killed it through that and the busy big theaters with no hiccups at all. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:

The WC matches kept the bar very busy and the theaters were basically all sold out for most of the evening. Matthew and Tevon were in at 10a this morning, so I did my best to get them both out at reasonable times - Matthew left around 6:30 and Tevon a little before 7:30. Jeshua and Knibbs did a nice job tonight handling a very busy Friday night with just the two of them for the bulk of the busy pushes. Gab held down an equally busy night in the lobby, with an All-Star assist from Dwight at the box office. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Unsure what the cause is (aside from just the usual recalibration to busy showtimes) but glassware seems to be piling up in the stations or theaters in these sold out theater ones and twos and then the bar gets absolutely flooded with towers of glasses to be washed. With the WC keeping the bartenders busy, those giant towers can really put a strain/hiccup in service (they didn't tonight fortunately) and if we can alleviate that in any way it would be much appreciated! - IP

Didn't have a spare second to get to any batching - Jenn, everything is still super stocked except for the specials. The bars have some stocked, but you'll definitely need to start the day with a batch of In Vivo 17, Level 0 Martini and probably a double Friends Forever. Also Iced Tea, but no rush on that. - IP

Lost & Found?:

A guy named Patrick came in looking for his helmet. We did not have it when he came but later found it. I texted him to verify it is the correct helmet and it is indeed. He will pick it up sometime soon. It is in the L&F bin labeled "Patrick" with his phone number. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:

I placed a Baldor order coming in tomorrow. We have Saratoga's, Strawberry Puree, and Olives to get the minimum. - AB2

Maintenance:

Changed the light bulb above the ice machine in Tree's.

Old Fashioned out line was acting a lil odd. I soaked it in Hot water and it helped a lot. It's working pretty nice now but keep an eye on it. - AB2
