Manager Communication: Another airpot lid fell apart merely trying to open it to clean it at closing. I will order more, but I feel like getting a different type of coffee carafe would be more prudent.
The coffee machines on both floors are giving weird codes. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Mellow morning, special events went well and both bars sailed through the first two rounds.  Around three I had Matthew lead the charge to make sure both bars were stocked up and ready for the later rounds, so that way pre-closers/closers could just slide right in to service. JH
Jeshua wanted to do a deep clean of the lobby when he was closing, I told him I would have Darius do the shelves tomorrow and he could do the lowboys to split the difference so he won't be here super late. But he is just always looking out and making sure everything gets done. He rocks. -LB
Tevon and Gab closing together is a dream. Tonight was a lot but they all crushed.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Kat was a trooper taking all the Scary Movies in 7 today. I held off routing her for ten extra minutes today to give her more time as these audiences are a little extra challenging.-LB

Special Events? 
Taped the red balloon to the Trees Lounge sign outside and made sure Trees had yellow passes ready to go, but we didn't get too many folks coming through this morning. JH

ST&B was easygoing, and guests have adjusted to no longer having access to almond milk (it was never that popular anyways). JH

The private party on the Mezz was lowkey and went really well.  Gil took the lead on theater service and the check, Rebecca helped wrangle them all up to Mezz post-screening, and I set up the tables up on Mezz for the treats.  Group was easygoing and seemed pleased with the experience. JH  

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: There were some mixed messages about the bar mats, got told to call Junior early via the bartenders playing telephone. Vlad told me I would need to get the dolly from the men's room closet for Junior.  I went and got Junior and the dolly for him. If there are any other new protocols.

Maintenance: Lobby bar ice machine was not making ice around 6pm. Jeshua called me. I turned the fan that had been rerouted towards the servers back towards the back of the machine. I also cleaned the filters on the machine. It is super hot behind and around the machine.  Hopefully it will catch up overnight. It was in a freeze cycle I just think it is fighting the heat like most of our appliances.-LB
Lobby ice machine is making ice, it is still hot behind it, but hopefully once that door is closed over night it will have a chance to fill all the way up. 
The CO2 alarm is still beeping. I have the door propped open. I have not had the ability or energy to try and track down why it is beeping. Under my count we have 2-3 calls currently into coca cola. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
