Manager Communication:
Got a bunch of menu change stuff accomplished and Gus did some great reorganization on the liquor shelves. - IP

Everything except the Irish Coffee cheater update is batched and ready for launch tomorrow. Gus will amend the Irish Coffee cheater tomorrow. - IP

Trees menus (full + happy hour) have all been updated for menu change.  All Irish Coffee cheaters have been brought to the liquor room to be sweetened up for service tomorrow. JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Danny and Gab opened. - IP

Pretty busy evening at both bars, with the second round doing pretty well across the building.  I swung Danny up to Trees during the second round load-in for Th1, and then he was able to get out of here once both bars were restocked.  Jeshua held down lobby solo without issue for the rest of the evening.  Just as Gabrielle was going to get out of here, a bunch of guests from Th1 came to Trees to hang out once their movie ended, so she hopped back behind the bar while Matthew focused on the next service push from Th1.  She pulled a longer shift than expected, but was great about making sure Matthew was prepped for his close.  Matthew closed Trees without issue. JH

Hiring/Training: 
Andrea came through. Spent some time with Ian. Going to reach out tomorrow or Saturday about joining the team -GS

Special Events?
The World Cup begins today at 3p! - IP

PSP stuck around through the second round, which kept Trees Lounge pretty full all the way through about 8:00/8:30pm. JH

86ed / counts on items:
Finally down to the last bottle of Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, so we're shifting to solely the Giffard Triple Sec.

Prep List:
Batched the menu change stuff (2 GF Soda Kegs, a double Kings of Summer, and the paloma cheater). - IP

Made some back up syrups and arbol tequila, which should get us through our Monday batch shift.  Negroni + Old Fashioned kicked, both kegs are cleaned and chilling in the walk-in. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Tomorrow: Haus Alapenz, Empire, CW, Union, Sarene -GS

Maintenance: 
There is some permanent marker graffiti along the walls in the last stall in the Trees ladies room.  Added to Maintenance. JH 

Trees was very hot tonight, even after we adjusted the thermostat.  It may have been due to just how packed it was through the first half of service, so definitely want to give that a check when opening tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
