Opened with Wyatt. Took GF Soda off charge - she's good to go! Ticket sales are slightly more lean than yesterday, but we should see some good walk-in business from the Independence Day Parade and Pride Parade going on today. - IP
Spoke to Vlad about all the floor drains and he is going to get down to business with me on Wednesday with those and also remind his team to be diligent about checking and cleaning them. I will put the preventive fly sticks in the drain after since they might be jeopardized in this process. -LB
The lobby bar and Trees keys are now completely both gone. Tevon is in before me to start his batch shift. We really need replacements for these, Michael always needs to borrow mine. Just in case Jess isn't doing Admin here I have a secret hiding spot for my key so he can start his batch shift on time.-LB
Customer Comments: We had a wedding after party come in around 10:15pm to Trees Lounge to which I had no heads up. I told them we would be doing last call for alcohol around 11:15pm and closing the lounge at midnight, and the kitchen at 11pm. I said that a heads up would have been helpful since I didn't staff accordingly. When the bride & groom arrived just before 11, the groom told me he had emailed but I never got a heads up from anyone. We really were unprepared for this amount of people on a Sunday night 30 plus of Pride since we were down a bartender and I cut Jeshua since his eye is bad. The kitchen got some food orders from Duan after the kitchen closed because he couldn't hear any walkie calls with all the people and all the people were hangry etc. It was kind of a customer service nightmare. I kept the bar open longer for them and helped out but this all could have been avoided with a simple forwarding of the email that the groom sent Chenelle. -LB
BAR Staff Observations: Cut Tevon just after 6:30pm. Duan and Jeshua holding it down. Will get Jeshua out of here as soon as possible.-LB
Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: I put in an Amazon order for two more fans, one for liquor room and one more for the office since we have two desks and it is just gonna be so much hotter in a few days.-LB
Maintenance: I repainted the other side of the Trees A-frame. I will do a Trees Lounge part that I will set with hairspray and then we can just promote special events with regular chalk and put up movie quotes etc. I think the A-frame has done its job at getting people upstairs.-LB

Greg is owning the lobby tonight. Love to see it. Totally gave great customer service to someone trying to bring two young children to the latest Toy Story and they will come back tomorrow since it was not an all ages show.-LB

I pulled a Dell computer charger out of the overextended Theater 7/ Ice machine outlet. It is in the office labeled. I don't know why it is there or what for, but that fan and the bug killer are very critical to our bar function.-LB
