Manager Communication: 
We got fresh Arbol Chiles, so they may be a bit spicy everybody.-LB

The A-frame is back outside. I have new colorful chalk coming. I will put it in a small box for lobby bar and we can get creative promoting different events and writing quotes.-LB

Trees was slammed with a triple whammy of World Cup, Volo and Benedetta BDSM Show - Tevon was on to batch early, and so I got him out around 8:15 - therefore we only had one bartender upstairs for the busiest portion of the evening. I helped get Lydia through the worst of it, but it disallowed me from being able to run away to change kegs and sodas - Major assist from Christine and Wyatt who were able to grab those odds and ends while I was behind the bar. When we get our new trainee up and running this will hopefully get itself sorted. - IP

Customer Comments:
The Volo people showed up with several different groups. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Whenever we have a 9p or later event on a day we traditionally schedule 3 bartenders (Mondays, specifically), I think we really need to either have a swing who comes in just for the event, or schedule two openers and closers - ESPECIALLY if one of the openers is doing a Prep shift and is in at 11:15. We had it all under control, but it could've been a lot more streamlined with another set of hands. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Meghan was awesome tonight - really stepped up and helped run glassware while I was churning out drinks for Benedetta. Thrilled to see the newer servers taking initiative like that. - IP

Hiring/Training:
Reinforcements cannot come soon enough! Excited to get Sam on board! - IP

Special Events? 
Benedetta. 

Very busy theater service rush. Once the Volo/World Cup crowds filtered out, it was smooth sailing. - IP

I am going to let the walk-ins contents dwindle until we clean it well Wednesday.-LB

Maintenance: 
I forgot to write this last night. Greg told me the lobby coffee maker is still failing to make a full pot of coffee. It still says low water fill. Will try to deduce what is the reason.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
