Wednesday 06.24.26 Lauren/Jenn

It appears that somebody published this blog a little bit earlier.  I wasn't done with my notes, so this is the updated, complete version. JH

Manager Communication: 
I think we should redo the merch cabinet to draw eyes over there. I am happy to do it with someone.-LB

I cleaned all the frozen machines at Trees, I did not get to the bubblers. Will see if Jenn can do them closing. Gus is gonna hit lobby tomorrow.-LB 

Easygoing Wednesday night compared to the last few weeks, and Trees had a decent amount of small groups throughout the day.  We were unable to clean the bubblers this evening, but I'm sure we can get to it tomorrow with two closers at Trees. JH
 
BAR Staff Observations: 
Matthew is giving up his shift to Natasha tomorrow, she will arrive at 7pm which is fine since Jeshua is also working since there is the USA game at 10pm and the drag show.-LB 

Gabrielle was able to get out of here shortly after 8:30pm, with the second round winding down and both bars getting a good restock.  She cleaned and refilled the juice |+ syrup bottles, which was much appreciated.  Matthew held down lobby solo, and Jeshua needed very little assistance from me for the rest of the evening.  Both bars were closed without issue. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
If we are moving away from the swamp coolers in the mod office, could we get some more (quiet) fans?  We have the one at the moment, but that can really only be used for one side of the office at a time. JH

Prep List: 
Oren can get poured into empty keg. Let's hold off on batching any back ups.-LB 

Made Acid Blend, Arbol Tequila, Pineapple Simple, Simple Simple, and kegs of Negroni + GF Soda.  The GF Soda keg needs to be charged tomorrow. JH

I just realized we already had a back up of Simple in the lowboy, so I moved the one I made into the walk in and put it at the end of the Fire Walk With Mes. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US foods and Baldor, they haven't picked up the plastic Saratogas, I reached out again so hopefully tomorrow.-LB

US foods Friday. Baldor tomorrow and Saturday. To Rise tomorrow.-LB

Amazon arrived (dishwasher cleaner, table menu holders, + masking tape).  All three boxes are on the lowboy in the liquor room. JH

Maintenance: 
Had Vlad do a deep sweep and scrub/mop of the liquor room.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming. Ryan held down lobby.  I had to help with ticketing a couple of times but he was solid. Gabrielle was a great mid.
