Manager Communication: I think with the early success of the world cup games and the Knicks watch parties, we should consider advertising US Open Tennis coverage at Trees. The end of August is usually slow so any business is good. We can also do a mock version of the Honey Deuce.-LB

I also wanted to note, some of these World cup games will start late and we will have the issue of closing Trees while games are still being played, I do worry about advertising games and then asking people to leave before matches are over. So I think we need to pick and choose what games we start just to avoid the issue of having to keep people on OT.-LB 

There is still a little pushing out of old inventory we need to make room for all of the grapefruit soda items in the walk-in. Tepache sale for next week trivia? We are lose. I moved some stuff around, looking really good. Also growing pains that will settle as the new item prep fears settle. (for me)-LB

Chill Monday from the evening on. Sales were mellow and the World Cup games didn't have any of the headliners tonight. I'm sure there will be more business for Argentina tomorrow. - IP

Lydia & Patrick both did solid opens. Patrick decked out in Belgium colors for the World Cup game-LB

Maintenance: 

Coke came by. They replaced the manifold (which I understand to be the syrup splitter under the bar) that was leaking Sprite. He also thoroughly checked the Trees/CO2 closet for leaks. He said it was most likely that a small room like that, at the end of a busy day those small joints release a little CO2 everytime. So it is likely that it was beeping just from a full day of wall to wall business, which honestly makes a lot of sense as to when it has gone off in the past.-LB
