Tuesday 6/30/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian



Manager Communication:  
I was in 4/6 and noticed a gross amount of spores on the fridge that they keep root beer and condiments in. I took Gus up to show him and we found that the entire gasket is caked with black mold. This would be a major DOH violation. We will steam it with our new cleaning toy tomorrow, but this needs to be side work that gets assigned. Along with there being a brown puddle on the bottom of the fridge, the gaskets need to be wiped down with sanitizer twice a week. I suspect the spores blossomed on the outside of the fridge recently since the air conditioning has stopped working, but it is pretty alarming people working in this industry didn't notice or care to do something about it.-LB

Ticket sales were regular for a Tuesday, but Drag Bingo brought in a good crowd. Becca and Christine were awesome on the floor tonight. Christine patrolled the first floor and took a LOT of reps on Filmbot / ticketing queries. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
The whole team did great, particularly Darius for the Drag Bingo. Sam jumped right in and was awesome from the jump. Greg held down lobby. Theaters were chill and after Drag Bingo settled down it was smooth sailing. - IP

Hiring/Training: 
Sam is in for Day 1, he is a bit of a Chef Matty dopplegangler.-LB

Held onto Sam for the opening push of Drag Bingo so he could get some reps on MobileBytes - he did great. Already fitting in nicely. Darius and Tevon both said he definitely knows what he's doing and just needs to get POS reps (notes in training binder courtesy of Tevon) - IP

Gus started our cleaning project early. Bar team will be in tomorrow at 10 am going HAM behind the bars first.-LB

Dio cancelled for tomorrow so the ice machine is not going to get burned tonight. - IP

Manager Communication : Similar to yesterday, second round Top Gun and Everything Everywhere screenings sold really well.  Had a couple more people on Patio today, even with the rainy weather, and Trivia brought a sizeable crowd to Trees. BAR Staff Observations : Eliel held down Lobby solo all day, and did a fantastic job, which was a huge help as Trees was taken over by Trivia this evening.  Ian and Eliel both did a great job stocking and opening each bar, which set both floors up for success during service.   Tevon and Andrea (completing her last day of training!), together with Ian, navigated a very busy dinner round and Trivia crowd.  Tevon took the floor, and Ian and Andrea moved from service to guest-facing, no issue.  Andrea took the lead on second round service bar. and did two restocks, so she is now well acquainted with the liquor room and walk in. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L.
