Manager Communication: 
There was a syringe in the men's room bathroom in lobby this morning. Ryan told me and I removed it with gloves. Tevon said "New York is back."-LB

I pulled the Irish Coffee fancy mugs and boxed them for storage until winter. We have a lot of mugs and could use the room for summer use glassware.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Was able to get Tevon out of here after both bars got a restock after the second round settled.  Patrick held down Trees, only needing me to help out at the service pass around 8:30pm when the last round of Th2 was in their initial service push.  Lydia sailed through their lobby shift and was able to get out of here shortly after I routed the first floor at 10:30pm. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Just wanted to shout out Jovani.  We weren't slammed at Trees, but we definitely did get busy.  She is always so quick to either step in and run trays for theaters other than her own, and if I ever need any help or someone to relay a message to servers in-service she is one of the best. JH

Prep List: 
Tevon on a big list: 1 FWWM, simple, acid blend, Marg keg, OF keg, GF keg, 6 lemonade, 2x friends forever. -LB

1/2 In vivo 17 1/2 level 0 martini, made 9 quarts of oleo and the last of the sugar to make simple.-LB

I made a double batch of FWWM, which used up the most of the arbol tequila. JH
 
Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US foods came. US foods placed for Wednesday-LB

Our juicer arrived. I also got the team silicone funnels for refilling the ISI containers with the whipped cream. They are behind each bar.-LB

Baldor coming tomorrow, picking up the plastic Saratogas.-LB

Maintenance: 
leak by soda towers at Lobby bar, that seems to be coming from the left most silver water filter.  I unhooked it and put it back in. I have a hotel pan there to catch water, it is fairly precarious due to the position of the dripping. Gus and I will investigate further tomorrow evening.-LB

I cleared the dust from Trees ice machine fan and exhaust cover.LB

I cleaned out the sugar trolly-LB

Patrick let me know that the rails in the dry rack closest to the cash drawer need to be tightened.  They are catching on glassracks and are pulling away from the sides.  Added to Maintenance sheet. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
