Manager Communication:
Opening round sales were mellow-ish but Michael is packing the house with lots of first-time fliers. Staff has been very patient and very communicative, and overall I think the majority of our new guests are leaving with an awesome first time experience. - IP
I cut my finger on the mesh metal strainers we use in the sinks at Trees when I was helping Lydia reset ahead of the 8:30  Michael. There are two like this. I put in an amazon order for the simpler type we have which I think would lend itself to more frequent cleaning and safer usage. The metal on the sides is very sharp. -LB

Customer Comments: In the last MJ movie on the night seat seat 1717 came out to Trees to complain that they didn't get their food or drinks even though they ordered before their neighbors. I checked with Lanie who seemed confused and unphased, thought it was a different table. I found the order on the table but it didn't seem to have gotten to them. I comped the sodas, but there were two checks for the table both fired at 8:44pm. The woman came back out to Trees to tell me her name so I knew. -LB

In the 6:45pm screening of The Drama Seats 2607/08 had an issue with their neighbors at the very end of the film. The woman in seat 2610 had her phone open fully bright and then received a phone call.  She was asked to put her phone away politely but then loudly said "it is my son." And stormed out of the theater. Then man in 2609 said to the couple "You're lucky I'm nice, you don't mess with someone trying to talk to their kid. " He also called her a Karen and was very misogynistic and would not speak directly to her at the end of the movie. Anyway, that person was violating our policy and vaguely threatened this nice couple. That man's email is danlucey@me.com I bought them a round of drinks at Trees Lounge.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Greg and Matt made light work of the opening round. Gab came in right in time to help as the Michael rushes began to pour it on. - IP
Killer teamwork all around. Greg grabbed restock for lobby. He cut before family meal. Matthew as well. Ian was the opening manager and the mid today MVP for sure. He hung around to help us through the traffic of the immediate dinner rush rounds.
Jeshua holding down a very busy lobby with lots of questions. He is a very good multitasker.-LB
Team crushed a huge day. Glassware was constantly in short supply as it was just bonkers busy in a good way all day long. Basically in guests hands or on the way to being cleaned or refilled.-LB
I routed Jeshua early at 10:15pm.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Vlad has been extremely helpful today.  Katherine was a crusher bussing trees for us when she was waiting for a tray of drinks. Everyone helping push glassware through when they could. -LB

Hiring/Training: Alejandro seems to have good energy working on their own. I  reiterated the most recent theater open-traying scenario to them.-LB

86ed / counts on items:

Prep List:
I made 4x Lemonade, more Forgery and another Margarita keg. O-Ren may need backing up, but otherwise stock looks good for the evening. If I could request that the staples (lemonade, fro-co, tea, FWWM) at least have one 12qt EOD for tomorrow morning, so we have a buffer for me to replenish. Thanks! - IP
Princess Peach and Negroni kicked.  We crushed a lot of product tonight.  I made a late night Iced Tea and 2 Froco. -LB
R&D comp checks:

Over/Short on Banks: $3 short at Trees.

Pay Outs: Andre did a payout 5200.

US foods coming Monday.-LB

Maintenance: The formerly problematic door at Trees is fully defunct. The rubber gasket has come off. I think we are due to call in a specialist. I will do some research on Monday to figure out what the best course of action is.
The door at the other end is also off its track and I am no good at getting them on the track.-LB
