Stacked crew. Great open. Seamless

Bopping Trees Lounge this evening.  Busy dinner round theaters on the second and third floor, and then our running club pals came through and they were thirsty.  They had pretty much cleared out by the time we were setting the floor for the after party, so the timing worked out quite well.  The after party was easygoing and bar really handled it all without issue. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Tevon was training Danny- solid. Gabrielle was in on open, got things going

Tevon and Danny got out of here shortly after 7:00pm, and Jeshua held down a decently busy weeknight first floor solo.  Gabrielle and Charlie took care of a very busy Trees Lounge, which definitely popped off once the runner group came through just before 7:30pm.  I took the bulk of the Th1/Th2 service tickets for a bit, and was able to step aside once the bar had settled a bit.  Gabrielle got out of here shortly after the event began, and then Charlie got out of here a little bit after we did last call.  Natasha closed Trees. JH

Hiring/Training: 
Tevon filled out notes in the training binder before getting out of here.  He said Danny got a decent intorduction to lobby service, and that he and Jeshua really prioritized Filmbot during the shift.  I had Danny stick around until shortly after the NSF screening in Th1 began, so he got a chance to see a very full, busy lobby. JH

Special Events? 
NSF Opening Nite screening + after party went very smoothly.  Because of the overlap of theater openings and the runner group in the lead up to nine, Garbielle stuck around for the first wave of after party guests and then got out of here.  Both drinks were pretty similarly popular, and we did not go through all of the product we had batched.  We probably sold close to fifty of each drink (theater included), and there is just a bit over a gallon of each batch chilling in the walk in. JH

Prep List: 
Big shouts to Ian. He batched all of the cocktails for the event tonight and more. Totally saved the day.

Ian left behind a list for what needs to be prepped tomorrow, and I added a Princess Peach keg. JH

Pay Outs:

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Southern. CW brought bottles instead of kegs of wine, so I refused them. Might not be until Friday we get replacements due to it happening at 5:45pm. If we run out tomorrow That will suck, but it is what it is.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
