Manager Communication: I added a section to the SOP but did not add it to the index for the lobby gate. It was stuck up last night. -LB
I don't think we need to charge Princess peach 6 hours. I believe Draft choice said something like 2 hours. I think we should experiment with this next keg and check it out.-LB

Nothing was too busy until Lebowski - but that filled up Trees beforehand and then the basketball playoffs kept some people hanging out for a bit. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: Greg will not be going near any fire alarms ever again, he is very apologetic about yesterday and even the fireman he told didn't believe him that he set it off.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Erika Fontana is just the best. - IP

Special Events? Big Lebowski screening with White Russian special.

Dear Lord the white Russians were flying. Crazy numbers - the batch worked out great. Was easy to get them out nice and quick and Greg and Tevon were up to the challenge (with a little bit of an assist from me, but they crushed). - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Nothing but wanting to praise all the new hires! Danny and Knibbs are both obviously great, but I also want to shout out Alejandra, who has been fantastic every time I've interacted with her, and all of her trainers are giving rave reviews. - IP

86ed / counts on items: Will put a count on them tomorrow - but going forward, we're going to stop batching Mario and Project Hail Mary specials unless specified. - IP

Prep List: 4 lemonades, 3 Froco, OF keg, Margarita keg, twitterpated/-LB

For tomorrow we'll need to make a Princess Peach keg, Negroni keg, O-Ren, Springtime Spritz and more Iced Tea. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US foods came in. Baldor coming tomorrow. Straws from To Rise.-LB 

Maintenance: I cleaned Trees dish machine. And gave our bar cart a little bath.-LB
37292460 is the ticket number for our new Coke service request. The bar gun at the Trees service pass is now leaking from the junction under the bar and it is leaking into the ice well. If I am not here when they  come please try to pressure them into installing a replacement gun. * Update, I spoke with them, they will send a technician out this week, so please push for full gun replacement. -LB'

Lobby bubbler is making the whining noise again - going to replace the motor when new one arrives. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
