Manager Communication: 
Decent daytime service.  Mario is definitely slowing down, but still doing really well in the large theaters, and kept Trees service pass busy once we had seated the NSF matinee screening.  The Drama and Project Hail Mary continue to sell out both large and small theaters, which really kept us busy at both bars throughout the day. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Natasha, brunch champion opener as always, but man I do got to shout out Greg.  He is great about setting himself up for success down in lobby on Saturdays, and he is really self sufficient down there, very rarely needing to walkie for assistance.  Danny and Matthew came in pretty close in time to each other, so I had Danny buddy up with Matthew to shadow what the weekend mid shift looks like.  Danny is definitely comfortable behind the bar and at the pass, and is getting glowing reviews from the bartenders he has worked with so far. JH

Charlie's last shift with Lydia couldn't come soon enough. When they work together they are both just so bad at their jobs. They both just like lose poise and control. That being said, they were going down so around 10pm I opted to make the call to route a tad early and have Jeshua come right the ship with them. It worked exactly as I had hoped.

I emailed about an incident 

FOH Staff Observations: Evan really had a pivotal moment tonight. We were in a big rush for TH. 1, TH.2 and TH.4- a keg kicked so I was gone and Trees was busy. Danny was on the drink pass and he made 2 NA Spritz's and he apparently made a mistake and put prosecco in them. Evan went really quiet, I trayed up the drinks (I did not see this happen as I was doing the keg and just came back) but then Evan asked me to just ask him what he put in that ticket cause he thought it was made wrong. Sure enough, it totally was, Danny clocked it as well and everything was remade immediately. I was very impressed by how calm, but firm and confident Evan handled himself in that moment and then he moved right on. True sign of a professional right there. I gave him a token.

Hiring/Training: 
Danny came in for Day 3 of training.  The timing was great, because NSF matinee got out shortly after he and Matthew arrived, so Trees was pretty bustling, as well as the service pass.  He definitely is comfortable behind the bar and is receptive to any notes or guidance.  During a lull, around 4:00pm, I had him sit with Matthew and they reviewed all of the areas that the first three days of training covered.  I asked Danny to mark which ones he felt had been covered and which he still needed some instruction on, so that we could focus in on those this evening. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs:

Special Events? 
NSF matinee screening went well, we made sure all theater guests had menus with the drink specials and servers knew where the buttons lived on MB.  We have a bunch of menus left in the office, and I'll be sure to get them to the servers in Th1 before the final screening tomorrow evening. JH

We were well stocked in the walk in and behind both bars when doors opened, so I was able to hang around Trees for the initial service push in Th1.  After that, I batched some Creme de Cacao Cream, FroCo, + O-Ren. JH

Manager Communication : Similar to yesterday, second round Top Gun and Everything Everywhere screenings sold really well.  Had a couple more people on Patio today, even with the rainy weather, and Trivia brought a sizeable crowd to Trees. BAR Staff Observations : Eliel held down Lobby solo all day, and did a fantastic job, which was a huge help as Trees was taken over by Trivia this evening.  Ian and Eliel both did a great job stocking and opening each bar, which set both floors up for success during service.   Tevon and Andrea (completing her last day of training!), together with Ian, navigated a very busy dinner round and Trivia crowd.  Tevon took the floor, and Ian and Andrea moved from service to guest-facing, no issue.  Andrea took the lead on second round service bar. and did two restocks, so she is now well acquainted with the liquor room and walk in. Jesse Sunday 1.5

Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round.
