Manager Communication: 
I think due to the enormous amount of kids drinks we will go through this weekend and Natasha's willingness to batch Friday, I may check in with her in the afternoon tomorrow and add her to the schedule. Tevon will batch tomorrow but our focus tomorrow is making sure we are stocked fully with new menu items. So Natasha would be just focusing on FWWM, Lemonade, Froco. Just wanted to note here, so I don't forget in the frenzy of tomorrow.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Thankful for Gab and Matthew so I could get a lot of menu change stuff done today. They rule.-LB

Excellent bar service continued into the evening, with both bars being fairly self-sufficient throughout the night. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Just leaving a note here to remind myself to review all the bar questions on the menu quiz, so that we hit all necessary points when in Th3. JH

Heading into the final day of Winter Menu: 86'd Als, Desperado, Talea, KCBC Pale Ale, Mr. & Mrs. Tom Collins, THE REINVIGORATOR, + The Holy Mountain. JH

Prep List: 
Enormous amount of Mario Galaxy Syrup. 2x Butterfly pea syrup (we are out of butterfly pea until Harney and sons order comes), 2x sugar snap pea syrup. Demerara syrup.-LB

4 lemonade, 2 Froco, 3 FWWM, 1 50Year Storm-LB

Made Arbol Tequila, Raspberry Syrup, and extra Simple Syrup (chilling in the walk-in). Negroni keg will need to be added to the prep shift tomorrow. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor came, I ordered wrong Saratoga, they are by the back door and Baldor will pick them up tomorrow.  

To Rise coming tomorrow.  Baldor tomorrow. US foods for Friday-LB 

I added two bags of sugar to the Baldor order for tomorrow, as I cleared out the container in the liquor room making syrups this evening. JH

Mobilebytes Issues:
The buttons to remove from Bar speed are: KCBC, del's shandy, goldie's coffee negroni, overboard shot, lyre's n/a Classico.   I think if we want to have a random bar dumpster tab for unloading our weird stuff to keep bar speed actually speedy that could work.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
