Took one case of Hendricks One case of Singani one case of Boatyard and 3 bottles of Jack Daniel's for NWB. - AB2

We Vitamixed the strawberry Puree and we are cruising now. I adjusted the Tree's cocktails Tubbs and Rumba. They have been printed out and laminated in Tree's. - AB2

I noted some strange irregularities on the martini recipes, might fine-tune tomorrow.-LB 

Lauren gave me the US Foods run down for soda ordering when she's gonna be away starting Wednesday. Ariel kindly offered any assistance I may need if I encounter any difficulty. Thanks, dude! It was a decently busy Monday evening, dealing with a little bit of shorthandedness on the server team, the leads (Erika and Isobel especially) really stepped it up and made up for the lack of hands. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Tevon, Greg and Jeshua are total professionals and make a three-man shift a breeze. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Erika, Isobel, Monica and Sabrina all leads doing lead things. Great work keeping everyone on task tonight. 
Alex S. got a little overwhelmed taking over in 3/7 by himself tonight. I greeted and took the first orders in the 10p th7 for a decent chunk of the theater, and Carly took over the last call and drop in 3 (that was happening around the same time). That's a lot of moving parts, and Alex did really well considering - but he let himself get bogged down for way too long without asking for help, that by the time Carly and I jumped in, we were playing catch up, rather than having a game plan. No harm no foul, but just something to keep in mind in the future. - IP

Special Events?
The Volo people showed up today. Maybe 15-20. They were chill. Left a backpack and a bat in the storage closet. - IP

Maintenance:
We need to buy a new tank for the frozen in lobby. I was having a hard time getting it before having to leave. The tank is chipped in the back for the 50 year storm chamber in lobby. This makes it so that it does not always connect perfectly. When the top is not connected perfectly, the white spinners inside do not turn. I found the part number but was unable to order before leaving.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
