Manager Communication:  We are on our last bottle of Monkey 47 gin it is at Trees.-LB 
We need to put more Collins glasses into circulation before this weekend.-LB

I was checking on Spoons inventory, which we are good on except cuckoo Bananas (but Gus we will need a sweeter coffee liqueur for that to make more). The store and pour lids had some spores on them. So I transferred them to 4 quarts and will leave them just on the shelf and not in the bus tub if the lack of circulation of cold air was creating a warmer environment for spores to thrive. I did notice this with the former menu old product on the bottles.  Also if you notice spores on the top of the cocktail kegs, just turn them upside down and use the floppy drain stopper to soak the tops and the yellow brush to brush off the spores. I did this with three kegs today. Super easy maintenance to keep things fresh and prevent further spore spread. -LB

Super chill night. Reel-ability screening was awesome - had a decent pop at the bar before and after. Was able to get to batching the odds and ends that weren't able to be gotten to. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Greg and Lydia work very well together. It was a chill night, but when things got busy for pops, they communicate and delegate quite positively. Tevon was chillin in the lobby. Nice easy Monday after a crazy weekend. - IP

Special Events?
Reel-Ability screening in 3 was a big hit. Sold out and had people show up hoping to get in. Good crowd - A John Woods music doc for the win again! - IP

Prep List: 3x tarragon grenadine. Baila mi Rumba now has a cheater. The world is yours. Negroni keg. -LB 

I made more FWWM, Lemonade, Princess Peach keg (fully charged and ready to go!), a Marg keg and more simple syrup. Everything at bars is stocked for tomorrow, but you will need to replenish lemonade probably. - IP

Pay Outs:  $8.68 misc (stuff to help keep coupes from falling in the lobby)

9235 - Charitable Contribution - $85 - IP (Wyatt is aware of payout and needing to replace $85 to cash box). - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US foods coming tomorrow. I guess I thought I ordered soda Saturday but it was so busy I never actually did.-LB 

Maintenance: Dio is in touch with Gus regarding the Trees door, but I have a back up vendor that I told I would touch base with tomorrow if Dio can't fix them.-LB
I gerryrigged one half of the lobby for coupe-not falling action. Will finish tomorrow.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
