Manager Communication:
Wyatt took care of money, cue sheets, filmbot and opening doors, as I was otherwise occupied replenishing the walk-in before doors.
Lauren out with foot issues - I stuck around and made sure everything was backed up in the walk-in (ohmygod I think I had to make every single drink we have on offer today) and did some stop-gap ordering to make sure we're not up the creek middle of the week. - IP

Customer Comments:
Had a guest who was inquiring about setting up some sort of program for a friend where they would select several movies for them to go to and have the tickets ready for them. I told them that because our schedule doesn't get posted all that far out, it would be difficult to specify what movies - but they could purchase several different gift cards and mock up their own pamphlet to go with it. I gave her our contact info for events - just noting it here in case she reaches out. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Greg and Nat at Trees and Lobby. Solid opening but nothing went crazy despite first round being really well sold. Nat and Greg both could have been a little more on top of restocking glassware (as I ended up having to unload two entire 9-high stack to accommodate empties/washing) but like I said, everything went super smooth. - IP
A guest called in and let us know they were going to be bringing a group of around 20 to Trees between 6-10 for a birthday celebration - that 20 or so people turned into at least 35 and lots of other folks took advantage of our offerings (with tomorrow likely a day-off for a lot of people) and Trees was SLAMMED from 7 on. Since Lauren is out, I stuck around til 9 (there really was no other option in order to maintain efficient service) and Becca and Carly took care of rerouting lobby and getting the bars all closed up.

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Lauren's feet are being uncooperative today - gonna take the day to rest them dawgz. - IP

Special Events?
Special Screening in Th. 3 was sold out. Merch table had a good deal of traffic and lots of people seemed really excited to get to see this. Awesome event, Cristina! - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
For first-in opening managers: Let's make sure we remember to set the frozen machines to slush upon arrival. We had to have a momentary pause on Firewalks this morning because they didn't have enough time to freeze before doors - but we emptied some product and they froze up relatively quickly with no further issue. - IP

86ed / counts on items:
Nothing 86'd for service, but we are in need of a liquor order for many items (some noted below). - IP

Prep List:
Made basically everything today, and then whatever I didn't have to make ran out and I had to make later. - IP

For tomorrow morning you'll need to replenish the Lemonade and Iced Tea, and once we get more Farmer's Gin, another Negroni keg.

The Princess Peach Keg that I made is only 1/3 charged. I didn't have the fortitude to turn my 12 hour shift into a 16 hour shift, so I took it off the charge after only two hours - opening manager should throw it back on the charge when you get in for four hours. Then it's good to go. - IP

Pay Outs:
7903 - $50 - Event Talent - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
We are out of Siete Misterios, Farmer's Gin and Tripel Sec in the liquor room. I'm sure we have a big liquor order on deck, but those ones are muy importante. - IP

I ordered more lime and orange juice, pineapple puree, and Passionfruit concentrate to arrive tomorrow from Baldor. - IP

Maintenance:
The Ice machine at Trees was not on when I arrived this morning. I turned it back on, but the ice levels are pretty low after the first fill and subsequent refill. Keep eyes on her throughout the night. - IP

Was just turned off, I guess. Seems to be working fine now. I know sometimes we have to turn it off to let it rest or reset, but please remember to switch it back on before leaving for the night. - IP
