Manager Communication: 
Pretty sleepy morning. Rebecca and I opened. Very chill -GS

Had a bit of a busy pop at Trees from 8:00pm-9:30pm.  Looked like some folks from the PPWSL and then a fair amount of folks stuck around after Kevin Geeks Out.  Both Th2/Th4 were pretty sold out and had close in-times, so the service pass was busy throughout that time, too. JH

Customer Comments: 
Had a guest that was a member of a large party in the 5:45pm Michael that we had to cut off at Trees.  He had come out from the theater a few times to order shots, and then tried to get Matthew to pour him two at once.  Matthew flagged it and looped me in.  The guest got a little upset when we told him we would not be serving him any more alcohol.  He called me and Matthew racist for 'policing what a grown man drinks.'  Another member of the group, a lady, got him away from the bar and they left shortly thereafter as the end credits had already started in their theater.  Just a heads up in case we get an email. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Gabreille is such a pro.

Both openers got out of here pretty shortly after the second round had settled in to service, pretty much one after the other.  We brought the lobby gate down at 10:30pm (last movie 10:15pm) but I did not route the first floor until 11:00pm as all first floor theaters had later drop times and the private screening in Th7 was fairly busy.  Jeshua was fine with that, and then he and Matthew closed each bar without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Reminder for runners: leave the red table flags by the beer taps, not on the Th1/2 service pass. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming. Ryan held down lobby.  I had to help with ticketing a couple of times but he was solid. Gabrielle was a great mid.
