Manager Communication: We are missing one of the bar teams keys to the building. If any MODs know where it is. I know people borrow it when they get locked out of the office. The bartenders need it for Lost and found and to get into bar storage. -LB

Trivia and Take Shelter were the big ticket items tonight and the team was up to the challenge. Becca and Jared were all over theater calls and the Trivia squad and I had Trees lounge and lobby well taken care of. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: The cat is out of the bag, Patrick likes working the floor for Trivia. Welcome back from vacation Patrick. Total teamwork all around today.  Each of them supporting each other and giving each other breaks here and there. 

Really good energy with the team. Danny is a dream. He and Duan both came equipped and ready right out of the box - and they're picking up the Nitehawk quirks really quickly. Great hires, guys!! - IP

FOH Staff Observations: Runners always crush delivering food to the trivia crowd. Really great team.-LB

Agreed - Duan did a great job of assigning correct table numbers, and an even better job of communicating when guests would move or switch seats etc, and the runner team was great about being able to pivot. - IP

Hiring/Training: Knibbs last training day. 

Knibbs was fantastic on the floor for Trivia. I had Patrick double team the floor with him so he wouldn't be out to dry by himself too bad, but he totally held his own. Got him to do the quiz before he left - will grade tomorrow. Had Patrick fill out the training binder - got them all their tokens. Feeling very good about Duan - think he's going to work out wonderfully for the team. - IP

Special Events? trivia. Take shelter screening with Q & A. -LB

Trivia was medium busy and Patrick and Duan crushed floor service together. Lydia and Tevon held down the service pushes and bar crowd until we got Lydia outta here around 9. - IP

Prep List: I made Tea, did not have time for anything else today.-LB

We were plenty stocked - I will do a big batch tomorrow after I clean the machines. We're not dangerously low on anything - should have plenty of time to get us back up. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor arrived-LB 
Baldor and Union coming tomorrow. -LB

Maintenance: I got the bubbler replacement part ordered from webstaurant -LB
Trees lounge lowboy door getting stuck together and pulling open at same time now.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming. Ryan held down lobby.  I had to help with ticketing a couple of times but he was solid. Gabrielle was a great mid.
