Manager Communication: Jared and I opened up the building. Shoutout to Jared who covered my normal part while I helped a delivery of booze.

Customer Comments: There was very spirited man who wanted Nitehawk popcorns to go. Jared helped him out.

BAR Staff Observations: Matthew and Tevon opened. Legends. Everything was pretty chill

FOH Staff Observations: Bri is always a delight to be around

Solid busy night but not too hectic. Maybe it's just me but I feel like servers can be a bit spoiled here and always expect support and additional help with flips. As TH1 last round was getting in, servers were noticeably bummed that they did not have support, and drinks sat at the pass for a bit. We had 5 servers (Bre was starting and darting) for a close to sold out (192) theater 1. I feel that the muscle memory for putting in orders and then walking to the bar is non existent. We had a good team in the theater (Bre, Alayna, Connor, Jay, & Shane) and I knew they could handle it, but some were noticeably stressed and I believe this is because of an expectation of support.
I want to echo what Wyatt said at the meeting we had a while back. We can't feel bad about telling servers they have no support. As MODs, we are everywhere and if things pop off, we are available to help, but this expectation of constant support gotta chilly. - AB2

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Rebecca Burke, feel better.

Special Events: PSP Parents, we rolled out a new special for them.

PSP peeps came to drink and LOVED the NA specials. It was nice to see. Peeps were also ordering all types of cocktails today from PSP. - AB2

Prep List: Tevon beasted the prep list. I made an additional 50 Year Storm

We finished a Margarita keg and I have it in the liquor room cleaned out. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
