Wednesday 4/30/25 Jenn/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: emailed a proposed training schedule for Elaine. Confirming orientations for both new trainees ASAP.  Jericho confirmed for Wednesday at 3:45pm orientation  . -LB Was not able to get to cleaning the frozen machines tonight - Jenn is aware and will be coming in a little early tomorrow to get them all purdy for the busy weekend. Jeshua was having some eye irritation, and let me know that he may need to see his doctor about it tomorrow, and may end up being a little bit late for his shift. He'll be in communication with Bar MOD's with updates tomorrow. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Was #blessed to have three leads on tonight. Matt, Tevon and Gab made easy work of two back to back sold out Sinners rushes. Jeshua was a real trooper through some eye discomfort. He held down the sold out theater 3 Sinners rush at the end of the night like a pro. - IP  86ed / counts on items:  Al's is back, hopefully Manhattan will come tomorrow with high life.  Of...

Tuesday 04.29.25 Gus/Jenn/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Soda has been moved.-LB  Very quiet day. Got the new Thunderbolts* special cooked up and ready. Greg continues to kill it, and Tevon was great in the lobby. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Super low-key tonight - everyone did a wonderful job. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Sabrina is such a great help when things get sidetracked. Helped out a bunch with a stack of glassware - really appreciated. - IP Hiring/Training: Jazmin is out.  Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Meeting was good! Discussed some batching protocols and nailed down some guidelines for the Friday prep shift. - IP 86ed / counts on items: Miller is on an 8 count. Al's is 86'd. - IP Prep List: Was able to get to the lemonade, Pistolero and Rose of Versailles cheaters and made some more unsweetened tea.  Tomorrow at some point we'll need to throw together backup OF, Negroni and Marg kegs. Perhaps more Junglebird, but take a look after the machines are cleaned. - IP R&D comp checks: We will m...

Monday 4.28.25 / Ariel & Lauren /

Manager Communication: Lobby bank was $1 over opening up. Added that $1 to Over/Under. - AB2 Monday is 5/5 so I think we should do our $12 Margarita special for the day.-LB Customer Comments: I got a comment from a very famous cocktail personality off premise :"I love the pre-show at Nitehawk, it is awesome and not at all commercial." I thought Kat would like to know. -LB BAR Staff Observations: I helped out Greg for the first Sinners rush in TH1 today... to follow up what Ian stated yesterday... Homie Greg was STRAIGHT GANGSTA. Was a great time working with him. - AB2 Greg got the early cut today. Lydia stuck around through 9pm. Nice business but overall a slower night at the lounge, no softball players. Not a huge bump before Phenomena.-LB FOH Staff Observations: Quetzie is everywhere all at once.-LB Hiring/Training:  Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events? Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Want to go over the organizational choices/par for Trees so I can reinforce the choice...

Sunday 4/27/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: The root beer blipped out on the service soda gun at Trees. Went to change syrup, but it was full.  Disconnected and reconnected, working now. Did cocacola ever come by?-LB The trays have been really elusive as of late. I don't know where they all go to hide during busy seatings but they must have a secret hang out.-LB I brought two crew bottles to Trees for Cobra Chai so they have a back up to rotate when they refill/clean.-LB I still have not been able to locate the Webstaurant package that arrived last Monday afternoon with the flange back ups in the package, they are pricey. Matty vaguely remembers getting these so I will follow up with kitchen team the next few days.-LB Gus, the bar team was asking and I agree with them, if we could get 750 ml milagro bottles for behind the bar in the well. The liter bottles get caught on everyone and are just slightly too tall. -LB Ariel, keep your eyes peeled for the shelf for the projection closet to hold the soda, s...

Saturday 04.26.25 Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication:  Busy in Th1 from the start, and then the second round screenings definitely ramped up service.  Th1 was sold out all day, and it looks to be similar tomorrow, so make sure openers are set with stocking and glassware. JH 1 and 2 were fully sold out all night and it was a blistering service. The bar was packed and then both of the big the big theaters dovetailed their rushes. Glassware got dangerously low but we never fully ran out and the servers and runners were stellar with glassware circulation. We are going through an insane amount of product, so keeping eyes on product level and proactively batching are very much a neccessity. - IP Customer Comments:  Had a guest in the 2:30pm Th3 Ochi who said that the theater was too cold.  We adjusted the temperature, but she decided to leave after the theater did not heat up quick enough.  I met her at Lobby to close her out, but she did not have her tickets or remember her seat number, so I had ...

Friday 04.25.25 Jenn/Gus/Ariel

Manager Communication: We got rocked a bit tonight. Was real busy in Tree's. I had little to no presence in Lobby because of it. We had a lot of peeps in Tree's and back to back sold out TH1/TH2. We got through it ok but definitely popped off. - AB Something I want y'all to keep in mind, I like Lauren's email about soda's and if not stocked, it is annoying changing soda's now. Having to run to liquor room and get a 5 Gallon Sprite to run down is a lot but it is what it is. If there is a better system we can figure out together, I would like to discuss but keep in mind that that will be a thing going forward. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gab was awesome rocking out Lobby by herself after Jeshua left. Jeshua was great as he was helping cover Tree's and also willing to help us stock and make sure everyone was good. Patrick held down the pass and we got through the rushes. Natasha and Matthew were absolutely superb in Tree's. Natasha is absolutely tremendou...

Thursday 04.24.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication:  Mellow first round, until our only busy theater (Th3) gave us some lighting issues.  I'm sure FOH Blog will go into more detail, but everyone was pretty flexible and service was not overly affected. JH  Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations:  Everyone really hustled through the delayed second round seating in Th1, with Jeshua handling lobby solo and Tevon floating up to Trees to support Gabrielle and Matthew.  Prep work was great, and everyone handled the antsy Trees crowd with ease. JH Due to the reconfiguration of the theater schedule we had a couple nice little pops at Trees- everyone was there and ready to handle the action. GS FOH Staff Observations:  Quetzie and Rebecca are always super helpful at the Trees service pass, and also great about relaying information to server stations when I am unable to step away from the pass. JH Special Events: None Staff Meeting Agenda notes: None 86ed / counts on items: Magical Dead Horse...

Wednesday 4/23/25 Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Holy organization Batman. Ian and I overhauled the lowboy at Trees. The liquor room. And the soda closet was dealt with. Sending an email about both shortly.  Unloading the espresso martin in frozen form. It is so good. I feel like this for summer would crush. -LB Keep your eyes peeled for little metal top hat looking things. They are for the bubblers, said delivered Monday. -LB I think off-menu items could be fun for dedicated NH attendees, thought of one just for Trees: Buzz Lightyear. Coconut rum and To Infinity and Beyond. -LB Shared doc of pars with the bar management team.-LB Great call on having Darius come in for a wee baby shift, made a big difference in navigating a very busy third round seating coupled with a gaggle of runners at the bar. JH BAR Staff Observations: Matthew was a cleaning machine.  Jeshua held down lobby solo for the majority of the evening, and Darius, Greg, Matthew, & Tevon handled service and guests at Trees Lounge...

Tuesday April 22nd Gus/Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication: Gus and I discussed tomorrow night's staffing. It's likely to be a very busy night, between the sold out Marie Antoinette Drag Show, almost certain to sell out Sinners, AND the 50-60 person Running Club that's coming in tomorrow night, it really makes sense to have another pair of hands for the busiest portion of the night. Darius volunteered, so we're going to have him come in to support from probably 6-10ish. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Bar team was great tonight. Jazmin started in the Lobby, and got some good Filmbot time in. Then when it got busy, she was an integral part of crushing some good Sinners rushes and the sold out Waterworld. Got Lydia out ASAP (as they're still hoarse and sniffly), and Tevon rocked it out in the lobby. Patrick and Darius were a good team tonight - Darius is great about getting out to the floor to buss, and I really appreciate it! - IP Hiring/Training: Jazmin had her final training shift tonight and was EXCELLE...

Monday 4.21.25 Ariel & Lauren NPP Bar

Manager Communication: The tiny white caps for the frozens are broken off and always fall off. I see they were put to the side and wanted to see if guys wanted to order more or rock it without them because we don't technically need them but I looked for them on the Elmeco website and was unable to find the part. - AB2 Regarding above, we may have some back ups, I will check and I have navigated the Elmeco site before so if we want to replace I can find them, but first I will check where I put the back up parts.-LB We do not have any back ups, please let me know if you want to order two replacements.-LB I printed and laminated the new side work tasks and posted at each bar. I also posted some reminders at Trees to turn around for customers. -LB I think I may work on a Nitehawk Glossary. For all of the new employees that don't know some of the common words thrown around. Some stuff that confused me in my first few months until I was fully assimilated. Or an FAQ as well. -LB Gil,...

Sunday 4/20/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Gus, Jeshua and I would like to do a port/sherry tasting/tutorial with you to learn more about this stuff. Perhaps this would be cool to set up for the bar team.-LB By the miraculous chance we got the new Nic Cage movie, The Surfer, I have a cocktail ready to go.-LB  Gus  I didn't see the Laphroaig in liquor room.-LB I have been slowly discarding the Puree lids from our stock since they usually fall off and cause the spills. I have ordered more lids for the store n pours we have. -LB Curious if anyone has watered the plants at Trees, they were quite swamped and I haven't watered them in a few weeks. Just trying to keep them going as best I can. Lmk if you know anything. Thanks.-LB BAR Staff Observations:  Natasha may need an official warning to not be on her phone when on the clock. Particularly bartenders during batching or restock, it is not an opportunity to just stand around.-LB *I asked Natasha to not be on her phone when on the clock, even tho...

Saturday 04.19.25 Jenn/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: I am working on a backbar stockage system for Trees and an opening standard set up for Trees Lounge.-LB    Trying to reinforce the system of having Can you Dig it only in Ford's bottles, from batching to restocking. I know it takes a second to retrain, but I am on it. -LB Also, Ian and I noting that the prep shift on Friday could use the time to do some of the more intensive syrups, like the grapefruit cordial which we have none of and do need if we have to batch a Rebel keg. Also emptying partial emptied liquor boxes in the liquor room. I picked up the box of coconut rum to put away and the other five bottles still in the box nearly fell through the bottom onto the floor. Happy to make a flow chart/checklist to facilitate the prep shift.-LB On days when I am the mid and the afternoon is slow, I may opt to come in a little later so I can support the later rounds as needed, if that is alright. I hung around til almost 10 to make sure everything was smooth...

Friday 04.18.25 Gus/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Solid night at the hawk. Sinner was sold out most rounds and we had solid busy pushes on the floor. Bar was low on glasses most of the night but not low enough where I found it necessary for us to whip out some new ones. We may also need more trays in Tree's for whoever is opening. I brought some more "admit one" passes to the Lobby and but under the Filmbot register/till. - AB2 Customer Comments: I had a guest in Lobby that was frustrated with his service in TH2 Sinners. He said that he received his food and his sons food/ginger ale's but his wife never got her food. It changed the mood of the night for him and his wife was frustrated. He was a real nice guy and I gave him our sincerest apologies and gave him a couple passes to try us out again. I asked for his info for next time so that we have it because if we can, I would like to make sure he is taken care of. (347)530-7044 (Jeff) maysen0109@gmail.com His handwriting is hard to read but I to...

Thursday 04.17.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Lots of managers on the floor.  Customer Comments:  A guest came in looking to purchase a VHS Vault shirt, but we have none remaining in the projection booth.  Do we have a timeline for when we are restocking?  The guest was fine and purchased something else, but Tevon mentioned it would be nice to be able to give guests a general idea of when they can expect them to be back in stock. JH BAR Staff Observations:  FOH Staff Observations: Rebecca is such a team player. She handled everything today very well. Hiring/Training:  Jazmin came in for Day 2 of training, and opened Lobby with Tevon.  She was able to get some practice on the POS and Filmbot, and trailed Jovani for the second round screening of Minecraft in Th2. JH Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events Newfest Screening Staff Meeting Agenda notes: I want to review the cart policy. 86ed / counts on items: Saftey Glasses 3 count Prep List: Tevon coming in for a prep shift tod...

Wednesday 4/16/25 Ian/Gus/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication: Ian measured that the frozen machines take about 6 quarts at top of day and we can keep in mind back up stocking based off of this size.  It would be helpful to remind the entire staff that when Family meal is first out, that you are one of many taking food. You should be mindful to leave some for your fellow workers.  I also think the kitchen needs to calibrate this a little tighter for heavier staffed days as the food was pretty gone after about 15 minutes. All the veggie options were gone yesterday when we were in our bar meeting. Ian also didn't get any family meal yesterday for a similar reason.-LB Jenn also missed out on family meal today :( JH Another reminder for the MODs, when you leave, could you please make sure you bus your drinks, dinners, trash from the MOD office.-LB I also think we should increase the price of club soda to 5.00. It is a service, the servers carry that weight, people will pay it and tip on it.  It is kind of a dispari...

Tuesday 4/15/25 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:   I know these anti-fatigue mats were something I got for my arthritic relief, however I don't want it to make work for the porters. If you have them out at trees, throw them behind the door by the roll ups. And the ones by bar prep can just go into the liquor room. Thank you. Hope they are a welcome addition.-LB They are a welcome addition for me! And roger that on tucking them away. Dwight was on point tonight. Lots of party people and Dwight was always ready for action. - IP Customer Comments: Boy howdy, people are definitely Spring Breaking. We had a pair of guests playing pool who brought in a bunch of Tallboys to sneakily sip when no one was around. I found two empties, and asked who they belonged to - which, naturally, no one knew anything about them - but Dwight finally caught one of them red-handed, and we asked them to leave. They did so with no incident. Shortly thereafter, Dwight observed a guest stumble through the front doors, trip up the ...

Monday 4/14/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Rotated the soda in the closet as we had some close expiration dates.-LB  I think the Always after me might be oxidized but didn't want to toss it until Gus tasted it ahead of trivia tomorrow. -LB  We don't have any Peychaud's bitters in house if we want to be able to Sazerac-LB Jameson's came and did another spend-LB Customer Comments: Lots of strange, kinda aggro energy from the VOLO people tonight. They play rec softball, they're not the Yankees - like, relax y'all. Just noting it here because I know they are a regular presence, so we need to set some parameters for their specials/expectations. Some of them get pretty rude with the bar staff when things aren't concretely defined for them. If it's clearly communicated to everyone, there's far less room for frustration. - IP BAR Staff Observations: The VOLO surprise coincided with the sold out Sunset Boulevard screening, so Greg stuck around to help out Lydia and Gab with the...

Sunday 4/13/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Oddly the Rebel with a cause was unhooked from the gas. Bartenders let me know it was kicked, just surprised half of it was already unhooked.-LB Trees Lounge credit card machine on the main POS was not working. James came and troubleshot. I do think an investigation/update of those might be necessary. The Ipad is not holding a charge anymore.-LB I tossed the painkiller that was past date and logged as spillage.-LB The band-aid for the iPads not charging is to try to remind the bar team to put them to sleep when they're not being used. It's not a solution, but it'll help to keep the charge from getting critically low at least.  BAR Staff Observations: Solid Sunday crew. Maya got the early cut today around 4pm. -LB Bryan cut out right after family meal came up, and then Greg shortly thereafter around 7:00. Patrick and Jeshua were easy breezy at Trees, and Darius held down the lobby solo. All in all, super chill evening. - IP Close to the end of the nigh...

Saturday 04.12.25 Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication:  Rainy morning with a very busy first round, with most theaters filling up at one point or another throughout the day.  Minecraft is definitely having a spring break resurgence, and Black Bag and Mickey 17 continue to sell out the smaller theaters. JH The rain continued and so did the business! Trees was pretty crowded from 5-10, and all of the theaters were well sold, if not sold out. Lots of coverage everywhere, and good vibes in the building. Dreary weather, but really great attitudes all around. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Bryan and Natasha are always excellent openers, and Matthew and Gab provided very good support and thorough restocking that made the transition into the closing team very smooth. After knocking out a very busy service rush during family meal, Bryan and Natasha got outta here, and I had Matthew do a little more batching to get us stocked and ready for a busy week. Jeshua crushed it in the lobby - it's really great to have biling...

Friday 04.11.25 Jenn/Gus/Ariel

Manager Communication: Honestly just a very nice/smooth night. Not much to report here. - AB2 Customer Comments: I made a point to clear more plates in Tree's and talk to guests a little bit and everyone was pleasant and happy. All around good peeps having a good time. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: I just want to say I'm really going to miss Bryan. Such a great member of the team. I think its very fitting that we are hiring two people to replace him. -GS Gabrielle crushed it down stairs solo. I got Tevon out once the dinner round settled. Natasha and Matthew were awesome as usual in Tree's. Bryan is the man. Definitely going to miss the dude. He stayed for a busy Tree's push then got out. - AB2 FOH Staff Observations: I continue to be a Big Bruce Guy. Great energy. Great spirit. Jose was on it today as well. Really good vibes from everyone. -GS Quetzie is always on it! Downstairs had a great crew with Alana, Evan, Jovani, and Michael. They were all supporting one anot...

Thursday 04.10.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Tons of coverage tonight. Jared distributed an age policy memo to the lobby that I think will be very helpful and clarify expectations for both the bartenders and guests. -GS Customer Comments: None of note BAR Staff Observations: Matthew and Jeshua really are good at running their bars. Staff was very cognizant of how busy it was today and were pragmatically  self policing on cuts, which was nice to see.  -GS FOH Staff Observations: Shae spilled ranch dressing on her shirt and was really bummed out about it. We figured out the shirt situation, but she was especially bummed out about it and very vocal about it on top of that. -GS Hiring/Training: Jasmin, who is a Kervin's rec did a trail today. She was great. Going to offer her a job tomorrow. One more interview tomorrow at 6pm. -GS Sick Leave/ Call outs: None Special Events?  I will check stock levels for our ST&B infusions when I come in tomorrow, and will have Tevon get a head start on them i...

Wednesday 04.09.2025 Ian/Ariel

Manager Communication: Opened the building with Rebecca this morning - super chill.  Got the beer delivery all squared away in the walk-in -also did a little reorganizing in the liquor room along the back wall. I also put some simple signage on the back wall denoting the sections of liquor storage (Vodka, Rum, Agave Spirits, etc. al) - just think it might help to serve as a reminder to try to keep things a little more tidy back there. - IP I have continued on the back bar stock thang. I emailed all of my bar peeps so y'all got that. - AB2 Pretty chill slow night all around. Everything was smooth. - AB BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Matthew opened up this morning. Nothing to report as they are fast, efficient and great at their jobs! - IP Patrick & Gabrielle crushed it today in Lobby/Tree's. Easy slowish night. - AB2 Prep List: I made a couple lemonades, but Ariel and I discussed and it makes sense to err on the side of caution with batching in light of business levels. -...

Tuesday 04.08.25 Gus/Jenn/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  Sleepy first round, with the larger theaters staying pretty mellow until later in the evening.  I anticipate a Minecraft influx next week when public schools are on break. JH Brought Vitamix down to kitchen since I am good on spice grinding for a while.-LB Almost locked in for The Menu Film Feast, will be totally done by Monday for publishing the menu online. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Extremely mellow evening. Darius and Tevon got out of here pretty soon after I arrived and Lydia and Bryan did a great job behind lobby and Trees respectively. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Quetzie rules. - IP Hiring/Training: Valerie and Collin came in today for trails. I wasn't here for Valerie's, but Collin's went very smoothly. I think he'll fit in here well and the Daiquiri he made was reportedly delicious. - IP Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Tevon's first Bar Prep shift is this Friday.  I spoke with him about it today and it has been added to 7Shifts. JH L...

Monday / 4.7.25 / Ariel & Lauren / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: I moved the Iced Tea to the N/A shelf in the walk-in.  I labeled an area for shelf stable mystery cocktails, there is banana in the tailpipe, some American Pie ingredients and lots of Organ Monkey Grinder.  We should go through the NSF cocktails first which are in a bus tub on the wine shelf. Hopefully we can promote them and get some out the door.-LB There is a fair amount of espresso martini for them to get through and we can always do that as a special for trivia, but no rush as it won't go bad. -LB I finally fixed the Flash Gordon light box at Trees Lounge. I need a little basic extension cord to reach the outlet that I will grab on my way in tomorrow.-LB Maya asked that I put the list of mystery cocktail directions on a print out by cocktail station so they don't have to walk over to the white board. I also made small laminated cheat sheets connected with a metal ring for the cocktail station. While I do expect them all to memorize the specs for Tr...

Sunday 4/6/25 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...

Saturday 4/5/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Board at Trees is fully lettered, these letters are about a 1/4 inch bigger but it is fine. I am also rewriting the outside board to change the happy hour part. The chalk markers are really hanging on to the chalk board. I ordered chalkboard paint if anyone thinks I should repaint and do it over.-LB Dion and James killed it tonight. Theaters were busy and Trees stayed packed most of the night, and they were all over calls from the theaters. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Clutch scheduling having Matthew come in early, thanks Jenn!   Gab would prefer Cobra Chai in a store and pour instead of a Crew bottle but she is rolling with it. -LB I observed Lydia using a funnel to refill the Crew bottles today - not sure if they are unaware of the screw-off bottom, or if it was a preference thing, but if the staff at large doesn't realize the bottoms come off, we should let them know - and if it's a preference thing, then live yo life! Otherwise staff was top notch t...

Friday 04.04.25 Jenn/Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Jenn & me for the bar today. I had a meeting and Jenn opened the building. She took over for Ariel for the PM, so pulling the double. Plenty of floor managers. We all made it work. _GS Pretty bopping, but laidback, Friday tonight at the bars.  The big theaters sold really well the last two rounds, and some of the small theaters filled up, too.  Minecraft is definitely bringing out the kids, parents, and large groups, and they are loving the Piglin Punch.  However, since Minecraft led the charge for most of the dinner round, Trees had a pretty mellow crowd for the night, and everyone had cleared out by eleven thirty. JH Customer Comments:  Tevon told me an older couple doesn't like our new happy hour. I didn't have the chance to speak with them. Not too worried about it though. I feel good about our offerings and comments like these will happen from time to time. -GS BAR Staff Observations:  Bryan came in ready to rock. Tevon w...

Thursday 04.03.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Plenty of management around. Light night. I got a lot of admin done! Customer Comments: Few and far between. I personally didn't have a lot of interaction BAR Staff Observations: Light night. We cut Matthew. Patrick was subbed in for Natasha.  FOH Staff Observations: Bruce is the best. Always enjoy my interactions with Bruce. -GS Sick Leave/ Call outs:  Cut Matthew from the day as we did not need two closers at Trees based on ticket sales.  He volunteered for the cut, and I added his shift to the Cut schedule. JH Prep List: There was a Negroni keg that was off. I think it was missing an ingredient. We ran through it on the line, I have it saved. Not sure if it is fixable or not.  -GS R&D comp checks: Over/Short on Banks: Pay Outs: The payout from last night was actually done today -GS Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Baldor arrived.  I added some lime and lemon juice (16-pack 32oz bottles) to the US Foods order arriving tomorrow, a...

Tuesday 04.02.2025 Gus/Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication: Gus and I got the kegs in the walk-in all sorted and looking good. We also batched up all the drinks for the Shorts Fest party tonight. I got the machines all cleaned, and the Infinity and Beyond moved into the appropriate chambers. We have also moved the iced tea into the bubbler and the Can You Dig It into the empty ford's bottles. - IP Got a good amount of stuff done today BAR Staff Observations: Matthew and Greg got the place opened easy peasy. Gab and Jeshua got in and then Bryan shortly after to help out with the party. - IP Greg was able to help Jeshua through the dinner round Mickey 17 in Th3, then he was able to get out of here once both bars were restocked and Jeshua closed downstairs without issue.  Bryan, Gabrielle, and Matthew absolutely crushed the event, and Gus left us set up with plenty of batches and build sheets.  Very smooth evening at both bars. JH FOH Staff Observations:  Just wanted to give Anthony a shout out, which I meant t...

Tuesday 4/1/25 Jenn/Gus/Ian//Lauren

Manager Communication:  The Menu Film feast is gonna be fun. -LB Good bar meeting today - hashed out some menu change finalization. I got the lobby bubbler emptied of Can You Dig It?, washed the chamber and put 4qt of Tea in it to test and see how it looks tomorrow morning after a night of aeration. FWIW I think it's gonna be just fine and the bubbler is probably the best route for the tea going forward. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Trivia was a beast tonight - but it was tamed easily by Captain Maya and co. Darius and Tevon were excellent behind the bar and Patrick cruised in Lobby. We went through a decent chunk of old product for Trivia Specials - woohoo! - IP Hiring/Training: Looking forward to meeting some new applicants tomorrow! - IP Special Events? Trivia - as noted above. Shay has expressed a desire to accommodate more Trivia guests on the mezzanine with more seating, or better audio / video capabilities up there. I told her it's something we can work towards, but log...
