Manager Communication: Oddly the Rebel with a cause was unhooked from the gas. Bartenders let me know it was kicked, just surprised half of it was already unhooked.-LB
Trees Lounge credit card machine on the main POS was not working. James came and troubleshot. I do think an investigation/update of those might be necessary. The Ipad is not holding a charge anymore.-LB
I tossed the painkiller that was past date and logged as spillage.-LB

The band-aid for the iPads not charging is to try to remind the bar team to put them to sleep when they're not being used. It's not a solution, but it'll help to keep the charge from getting critically low at least. 

BAR Staff Observations:
Solid Sunday crew. Maya got the early cut today around 4pm. -LB

Bryan cut out right after family meal came up, and then Greg shortly thereafter around 7:00. Patrick and Jeshua were easy breezy at Trees, and Darius held down the lobby solo. All in all, super chill evening. - IP

Close to the end of the night I went down to Lobby to put some token/staff discounts on some checks, and saw that Darius is doing something really really smart with any staff tabs that need discounts - he opens a tab for the staff member - this allows that bartenders to collect payment with no immediate need for a manager to discount the check - so that can happen whenever there is some downtime. I think this should become S.O.P. for the bar team when taking staff orders. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Siete and Erika were great tonight. Never missed any beats on any rushes and always really fun energy to work with. - IP
Also - again, I just want to say Security Guard Justin is absolutely fantastic. - IP

Maintenance:
There is a mysterious leak in the walk-in around the cocktail kegs. It's not bad - just a little pooling of mystery liquid. I cleaned it up and searched for what was leaking, but couldn't find anything obvious. Give the floor of the walk-in a check in the morning and see if the leak came back. Maybe on Tuesday when we're all in we can take a look together and see if we can figure out what it is. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
