Manager Communication: Tons of coverage tonight. Jared distributed an age policy memo to the lobby that I think will be very helpful and clarify expectations for both the bartenders and guests. -GS

Customer Comments: None of note

BAR Staff Observations: Matthew and Jeshua really are good at running their bars. Staff was very cognizant of how busy it was today and were pragmatically  self policing on cuts, which was nice to see.

FOH Staff Observations: Shae spilled ranch dressing on her shirt and was really bummed out about it. We figured out the shirt situation, but she was especially bummed out about it and very vocal about it on top of that. -GS

Hiring/Training: Jasmin, who is a Kervin's rec did a trail today. She was great. Going to offer her a job tomorrow. One more interview tomorrow at 6pm. -GS

Sick Leave/ Call outs: None

Special Events? 
I will check stock levels for our ST&B infusions when I come in tomorrow, and will have Tevon get a head start on them if it looks like we will need more for Saturday's All Ages. JH

Maintenance: The new water line that was installed for theater 7 is slowly leaking behind the bar in the lobby. Its a very slow leak, but we will need to pull the fridges out and mop. Lets call the company who installed this tomorrow. -GS


Mobilebytes Issues: The Spoons drinks were all eliminated and had to be reconfigured on the fly.

Filmbot Issues: Mubigo still needs a manager number to complete a transaction. Feels like something we could remedy. -GS

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
