BAR Staff Observations: I just want to say I'm really going to miss Bryan. Such a great member of the team. I think its very fitting that we are hiring two people to replace him. -GS

Gabrielle crushed it down stairs solo. I got Tevon out once the dinner round settled. Natasha and Matthew were awesome as usual in Tree's. Bryan is the man. Definitely going to miss the dude. He stayed for a busy Tree's push then got out. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations: I continue to be a Big Bruce Guy. Great energy. Great spirit. Jose was on it today as well. Really good vibes from everyone. -GS

Quetzie is always on it! Downstairs had a great crew with Alana, Evan, Jovani, and Michael. They were all supporting one another and crushing it! - AB2

Hiring/Training: Sent an invite to Jazmin to join the team. Have training figured out. Will finish that process on Monday. -GS

Prep List: 
Tevon's Bar Prep shift really got us ahead on some infusions, syrups, and batches, which was great.  ST&B cocktails are at a good level for the All Ages screening tomorrow, and we have more almond and oat milk arriving tomorrow. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving in the morning. JH

Maintenance: It is well documented at this point, but there is a leak in the water tap that was installed for theater 7. When I got down there today there was a stench. I pulled the fridge out and there was a ton of water. I mopped up as much of the dirty water as possible. I completed inventory of the area. Vlad got in and mopped with bleach. Tevon helped gather all of the bottles in storage near there and put them in a bus bin. Juan was busy working on theater 3/7. I know Rebecca documented the drip as well. Let me know if you need for next steps -GS

The middle high-top was real wobbly. I grabbed the allen key and tightened it all up. Should be good now but also this keeps happening so I will keep an eye on it because it'll probably loosen up in a month or so honestly. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
