Manager Communication: The root beer blipped out on the service soda gun at Trees. Went to change syrup, but it was full.  Disconnected and reconnected, working now. Did cocacola ever come by?-LB

The trays have been really elusive as of late. I don't know where they all go to hide during busy seatings but they must have a secret hang out.-LB

I brought two crew bottles to Trees for Cobra Chai so they have a back up to rotate when they refill/clean.-LB

I still have not been able to locate the Webstaurant package that arrived last Monday afternoon with the flange back ups in the package, they are pricey. Matty vaguely remembers getting these so I will follow up with kitchen team the next few days.-LB

Gus, the bar team was asking and I agree with them, if we could get 750 ml milagro bottles for behind the bar in the well. The liter bottles get caught on everyone and are just slightly too tall. -LB
Ariel, keep your eyes peeled for the shelf for the projection closet to hold the soda, says it will arrrive tomorrow.-LB

Probably need more pint glasses soon. -LB 

Management team was on point tonight. James headed everything up until he got outta here, and then Kayla and Dion were fantastic all night. I was rooted to the service pass with how busy it was, and they were on top of every call while I was occupied. Really great work all around. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: Tevon's organized and efficient opening is welcome for brunch shifts. He is always ahead of the game and helping Maya/be ready for customers. --LB

Darius and Greg showed up early to help out the team. I hit them with tokens and staff perking meals for them.-LB

We staff perked a flatbread for Maya since she was also integral in getting through the short-handed day. -LB

I am about to take off around 6:15 and Maya and Tevon are still here, teamwork is the dreamwork,-LB

GREG. IS. A. BEAST. Absolutely legendary performance in the service well tonight. I mentioned it before in here, but he is truly giving Natasha a run for her money as the most trusted bartender in the well (for my personal well being, please do not tell Natasha I said this lol). He and Jeshua absolutely crushed an extremely busy service and trees lounge just the two of them. All that said, Game Ball goes to Maya today/tonight. She opened and ended up sticking it out through the dovetailing 1/2 SINNERS rush from 6:00-7:30. We had a very full bar, sold out 1 and 2 rush happening simultaneously, and they never missed a beat. Maya had everything so excellently set up that they were fully ready. The well assignments worked beautifully tonight - Greg was in the well, Maya was his hands, and Jeshua took the patrons at the bar. Greg is so so good at delegating to his support, and Maya is so precise and always attentive - they made an hour plus non-stop ticket rush look easy. After Tevon cut out (who was also a rockstar today) Darius was basically solo in the lobby for most of the evening, and was awesome. BRAVO!!! - IP

FOH Staff Observations:

Kat was everywhere tonight. So nice to have her back on the team - so reliable and always super pleasant. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jazmin is sick. Lol for some reason when I read this email this morning it did not register at all.

Would like to discuss batching protocols during insanely busy services, and how we can allocate staffing appropriately without sacrificing efficiency. - IP

Didn't have time to get to anything aside from a big batch of simple, but the walk-in is stocked up other than needing to make more Demerara syrup and a fresh keg of Moneypenny. - IP

US foods( lime juice, 2 coke,2 diet coke, 2 ginger ale) Ariel if you can stock back ups on the soda shelves downstairs for diet and coke, and if you can slip one ginger ale somewhere so there is one downstairs. The shelf for the projection closet should arrive soon.

Maintenance: I checked the doc against a few repairs I listed and erased. Ariel, if you can confirm that the sink at Trees is looking good tomorrow.-LB
