Manager Communication:
I know these anti-fatigue mats were something I got for my arthritic relief, however I don't want it to make work for the porters. If you have them out at trees, throw them behind the door by the roll ups. And the ones by bar prep can just go into the liquor room. Thank you. Hope they are a welcome addition.-LB
They are a welcome addition for me! And roger that on tucking them away. Dwight was on point tonight. Lots of party people and Dwight was always ready for action. - IP
Customer Comments:
Boy howdy, people are definitely Spring Breaking. We had a pair of guests playing pool who brought in a bunch of Tallboys to sneakily sip when no one was around. I found two empties, and asked who they belonged to - which, naturally, no one knew anything about them - but Dwight finally caught one of them red-handed, and we asked them to leave. They did so with no incident. Shortly thereafter, Dwight observed a guest stumble through the front doors, trip up the stairs, and then attempt to order a drink at Trees. Darius refused him service, and then he asked to speak to a manager. I told him he was visibly intoxicated and that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we suspect may already be under the influence. He was upset, and got mouthy with me - but his friend who was significantly more sober (if not, totally sober) intervened, apologized on his friend's behalf and escorted him out. - IP
BAR Staff Observations: Trivia team killed it as per usual. Tevon was lovely in the lobby. Good vibes all around from staff, wild guests notwithstanding. - IP
Hiring/Training: Karolina coming in to trail today.-LB

Special Events?
TRIVIA - as busy as I've seen it. Bar team and runners absolutely crushed it. Rae was an absolute beast running food. John Gallagher Jr. was in attendance, which is neat (I loved the Newsroom, I don't care what anyone says). He broke a couple pint glasses by accident and was super charming and nice about it. - IP
Staff Meeting Agenda notes: "Some members of our team may be stuck in our ways. But we can turn that W upside down, cause it's also Me." -Gus
Going to tackle the reorganization of the low-boys tomorrow when I've finished cleaning the machines, as per our meeting today. Also tomorrow, we can sorta map out a gameplan for if/how we want to change the storage of batched goods to help expedite restocking. - IP

Will need to make more Junglebird and Firewalk tomorrow. Didn't get to the Junglebird today as Trivia was a madhouse. - IP

Mobilebytes Issues: I think having the STB buttons go away in between their shows would free up bar speed.-LB
