Manager Communication: Board at Trees is fully lettered, these letters are about a 1/4 inch bigger but it is fine. I am also rewriting the outside board to change the happy hour part.
The chalk markers are really hanging on to the chalk board. I ordered chalkboard paint if anyone thinks I should repaint and do it over.-LB

Dion and James killed it tonight. Theaters were busy and Trees stayed packed most of the night, and they were all over calls from the theaters. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: Clutch scheduling having Matthew come in early, thanks Jenn!  
Gab would prefer Cobra Chai in a store and pour instead of a Crew bottle but she is rolling with it. -LB

I observed Lydia using a funnel to refill the Crew bottles today - not sure if they are unaware of the screw-off bottom, or if it was a preference thing, but if the staff at large doesn't realize the bottoms come off, we should let them know - and if it's a preference thing, then live yo life! Otherwise staff was top notch tonight. Lydia and Patrick work very well together in Trees, and Gab is really doing a great job leading the team. Jeshua was lovely in the lobby tonight - he was very cheerful and inviting - love to see that. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Rachel is great. Fun, friendly, helpful and such a hard worker. Was instrumental in some very busy th 1/2 rushes tonight. - IP

Prep List: simp, lemonade, orgeat, infinity and beyond, orgeat, dead horse, for Closers only.  made more piglin Punch sour syrup. Made a Whiskey 17. I can make more cherry syrup tomorrow. 

Backed up the Margarita keg that kicked. Gonna make a swimming pool sized batch of lemonade tomorrow morning when I get in. Will also get a cherry syrup going. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: ordered more neon green since I think that Minecraft will keep going.-LB

Maintenance: The dishpit sink needs some plumbers tape or a new washer, it is leaking. -LB

Mobilebytes Issues: Trees Lounge POS is still missing Westbrook White Thai, Threes All or Nothing, Singlecut Kim Sour. - LB

I believe this has been fixed. If they're not showing up after the buttons have been added, usually all that the bartenders need to do is close out of the Mobilebytes app and reopen it and the updates should take effect. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
