Manager Communication: 
Sleepy first round, with the larger theaters staying pretty mellow until later in the evening.  I anticipate a Minecraft influx next week when public schools are on break. JH
Brought Vitamix down to kitchen since I am good on spice grinding for a while.-LB
Almost locked in for The Menu Film Feast, will be totally done by Monday for publishing the menu online. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Extremely mellow evening. Darius and Tevon got out of here pretty soon after I arrived and Lydia and Bryan did a great job behind lobby and Trees respectively. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Quetzie rules. - IP

Hiring/Training:
Valerie and Collin came in today for trails. I wasn't here for Valerie's, but Collin's went very smoothly. I think he'll fit in here well and the Daiquiri he made was reportedly delicious. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Tevon's first Bar Prep shift is this Friday.  I spoke with him about it today and it has been added to 7Shifts. JH

Lydia made mention of being a little more diligent with making sure we don't have out of date garnish (particularly orange and grapefruit slices) and I think they have a good point! I think overall the team is doing a very good job with stock levels of garnish and I haven't noticed a need to throw away anything out of date yet, but we do have a lot of variety, so it couldn't hurt to keep an eye on it. - IP

Prep List:
Made an OF keg, and will replenish lemonade and anything low tomorrow morning. - IP 

Pay Outs: 
$20.97 bar grocery, $3.55 Bar grocery. 4 something for misc operations.

Lost & Found?:
Baldor coming Friday, Jenn will keep eye on stock levels of N/A needs since I am off for 4 days. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
