Manager Communication:
Gus and I discussed tomorrow night's staffing. It's likely to be a very busy night, between the sold out Marie Antoinette Drag Show, almost certain to sell out Sinners, AND the 50-60 person Running Club that's coming in tomorrow night, it really makes sense to have another pair of hands for the busiest portion of the night. Darius volunteered, so we're going to have him come in to support from probably 6-10ish. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Bar team was great tonight. Jazmin started in the Lobby, and got some good Filmbot time in. Then when it got busy, she was an integral part of crushing some good Sinners rushes and the sold out Waterworld. Got Lydia out ASAP (as they're still hoarse and sniffly), and Tevon rocked it out in the lobby. Patrick and Darius were a good team tonight - Darius is great about getting out to the floor to buss, and I really appreciate it! - IP

Hiring/Training:
Jazmin had her final training shift tonight and was EXCELLENT. She already has a great handle on the flow of the bar and seems exceedingly comfortable taking orders, using the POS and all the while with the kind of fun, smiley personality that we are focused on maintaining. Definitely think we should start getting her in the driver's seat for some Trees service rushes - not anything crazy to start, but if she's working with a lead, maybe have them be her support/guide. Patrick did a great job with the close - went through the bar binder and made sure all the components of a good close were touched on. I had her swing down to the lobby bar after the gate was pulled for a bit so Tevon could walk her through the lobby close, but prioritized the close at Trees. - IP

We are 86 Ginger Beer. We pivoted on the Dead Horse cocktail and just used ginger ale when we ran out, but we will need to order more. - IP

Prep List:
I started the Ricotta wash on the Lillet Rose - it's in the walk-in, labeled - should be strained tomorrow as close to 8p as possible. 
Made Back In the Jungle (and separated into 4qt containers), and made two FWWM. Tomorrow we will need to get some more Arbol Tequila steeping. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
