Manager Communication: 

Holy organization Batman. Ian and I overhauled the lowboy at Trees. The liquor room. And the soda closet was dealt with. Sending an email about both shortly. 

Unloading the espresso martin in frozen form. It is so good. I feel like this for summer would crush. -LB

I think off-menu items could be fun for dedicated NH attendees, thought of one just for Trees:

Great call on having Darius come in for a wee baby shift, made a big difference in navigating a very busy third round seating coupled with a gaggle of runners at the bar. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Matthew was a cleaning machine. 

Jeshua held down lobby solo for the majority of the evening, and Darius, Greg, Matthew, & Tevon handled service and guests at Trees Lounge handily.  There were definitely more proactive trips taken to the floor to bus empty glassware and dirty dishes, which kept the floor looking presentable even when people were packed in.  

Trees service pass was essentially non-stop from about 8:30-10:00pm, and Greg really is great at the service pass, with the others being great support while being primarily guest-facing.  Once the service pass settled down, both openers were able to get out of here, and Jeshua swung up to Trees once he had finished closing lobby so that Darius could be on his way.  Jeshua and Tevon closed both bars without issue, and Jeshua got out of here shortly after Tevon did last call around 12:15. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 

Justin was the primary runner at Trees this evening, and he did a fantastic job navigating a very busy floor, too. JH

Special Events? 

Run club coming to Trees and Marie Antoinette drag.-LB

The Runners Club was lovely, and all bartenders said they would be happy to host them again.  They came in starting around 7:30/7:45, and cleared out by nine.  Brought a really great, easygoing group to Trees on a weeknight, so much appreciated. JH

Miss Malice brought her usual sold-out crowd this evening, and Trees was bustling all evening.  There was a delay in start time due to tech, which had Th1 & Th2 open doors much closer in time than expected, but bartenders and servers and runners kept up with service with minimal delay.  Really smooth overall service from the Trees service pass. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 

For the bar email or the next SOP email from Gus I think we can remind them to "slow down" in all facets. Take an extra look for Jameson and Tequila (We had both in the liquor room before today's deliveries). There are multiple Tecate boxes open and empty cardboard. Just take that extra moment to keep things functional for all parties.

I don't know where the plumber went as he disappeared when the fire alarm went off.-LB

We can lose the safety glasses button. Jared added an espresso martini button that can be removed once the product is all gone. -LB
