We got rocked a bit tonight. Was real busy in Tree's. I had little to no presence in Lobby because of it. We had a lot of peeps in Tree's and back to back sold out TH1/TH2. We got through it ok but definitely popped off. - AB
Something I want y'all to keep in mind, I like Lauren's email about soda's and if not stocked, it is annoying changing soda's now. Having to run to liquor room and get a 5 Gallon Sprite to run down is a lot but it is what it is. If there is a better system we can figure out together, I would like to discuss but keep in mind that that will be a thing going forward. - AB2

Gab was awesome rocking out Lobby by herself after Jeshua left. Jeshua was great as he was helping cover Tree's and also willing to help us stock and make sure everyone was good. Patrick held down the pass and we got through the rushes. Natasha and Matthew were absolutely superb in Tree's. Natasha is absolutely tremendous (the number one option) when it comes to the pass but today I wanted to give Patrick a shot at truly taking the reigns. - AB2

I think more emphasis needs to be put on opening bartenders setting up the shift for success. The whole shift rides on the backs of being setup for the shift and is either made or broken by this detail. - AB2

I double batched an Iced Tea but did not have time to batch more. I really want to ride home the idea that we need to batch more than we do. I 3x batched the Smoke cocktail on Monday and we still have it/will need to batch some tomorrow. This is the type of thing I would like implemented for every cocktail. I do not think we should be stressing about batching on a Friday night. We should be "over" batching in order for us to go through the weekend smoothly without even having the ability to consider being stressed about having product in house. I would love to talk about this at the Bar meeting on Tuesday. - AB2
