Manager Communication:
Solid night at the hawk. Sinner was sold out most rounds and we had solid busy pushes on the floor. Bar was low on glasses most of the night but not low enough where I found it necessary for us to whip out some new ones. We may also need more trays in Tree's for whoever is opening. I brought some more "admit one" passes to the Lobby and but under the Filmbot register/till. - AB2

Customer Comments:
I had a guest in Lobby that was frustrated with his service in TH2 Sinners. He said that he received his food and his sons food/ginger ale's but his wife never got her food. It changed the mood of the night for him and his wife was frustrated. He was a real nice guy and I gave him our sincerest apologies and gave him a couple passes to try us out again. I asked for his info for next time so that we have it because if we can, I would like to make sure he is taken care of. I had a guest that had a hard time in Tree's. He was ordering Vodka Cranberries and he pretty much touched every bartender in Tree's. Jazmin was defaulting to Tito's for his Vodka Cranberries and he wanted well so he ordered multiple rounds and was confused when he was charged differently, especially because he was here during and after Happy Hour. I spoke with him and cleared everything up. I gave him a round on us for the confusion but I did forget to charge as a buyback. It was a Tito's & Cranberry (Since I said it was on us he was down for the Tito's...) and a Cider. - AB2 

BAR Staff Observations:
Love my Friday team. Everyone was great. Had my last shift with Bryan (lil tear for the kid). - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Lots of gangsta's tonight. Alayna, Jovani, Erika, Rebecca, Alex, and MISHA... Pleasant surprise coming in to see the homie Misha. He's always killing it. Just on top of everything and best attitude and vibe. - AB2

Hiring/Training:
Jazmin was solid today. One note was that she was defaulting to pouring the guest Tito's instead of our well when he did not specify Tito's and then she mentioned that he did... She definitely added to some confusion and I did not have a chance to tell her that but I will mention it next time I see her. Natasha mentioned that she asked to leave around 10. She told me she was told she would be scheduled till 9... But Natasha said she told her she was scheduled till 10... I don't know but she definitely needs a closing in Tree's and Lobby. - AB2 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
The bartender schedule for the first two weeks of May has been published. Gus let bartenders know that the rest of the month will be published next week, as we are onboarding another bartender, Karolina, and want to be sure to have shifts for her (without disrupting any other bartender's posted shifts) when training is completed.  The rest of the month is filled out, just not published. JH

Prep List:
I double batched smoked maple. I have them in Quart store-n-pours in the walk-in.
I also Double Batched Tea CONCENTRATE. - AB2

We will need to batch a Negroni tomorrow and probably some Lemonades/Firewalk. I like the morning prep shift but think that we should have Tevon batch extra than what our standard par is in order to reduce the amount of batching for the weekend. For example, we usually like to have 4 FW/Lemonade at any given moment but I think we should batch maybe 6 or double if we have space. I understand space is limiting but I think he should batch more in order to limit how much we batch through the weekend. What y'all think? - AB2

Black scarf was left in Tree's. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor & US Foods arrived.  Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance:
Kate was hit in the head by the Ice machine door. She asked if we could get a magnet for the top to keep it open. I don't think this is a bad idea because luckily she was nice about everything but I can see a someone possibly over reacting to getting hit and wanting to get cut or worse... just something to keep in mind. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
