Manager Communication: emailed a proposed training schedule for Elaine. Confirming orientations for both new trainees ASAP.  Jericho confirmed for Wednesday at 3:45pm orientation  . -LB

Was not able to get to cleaning the frozen machines tonight - Jenn is aware and will be coming in a little early tomorrow to get them all purdy for the busy weekend. Jeshua was having some eye irritation, and let me know that he may need to see his doctor about it tomorrow, and may end up being a little bit late for his shift. He'll be in communication with Bar MOD's with updates tomorrow. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Was #blessed to have three leads on tonight. Matt, Tevon and Gab made easy work of two back to back sold out Sinners rushes. Jeshua was a real trooper through some eye discomfort. He held down the sold out theater 3 Sinners rush at the end of the night like a pro. - IP

Tevon popped into the back and made the OF, Negroni and Margarita kegs, and I made two firewalks at the end of the night. - IP

Pay Outs: 
$33.00 (guest reimbursement) James processed this payout at Trees Lounge today for a guest (Kirsten Kenny) who will be coming in sometime this week to collect it.  The payout cash is in a marked envelope on the board in the office.  James will tell her to ask for a manager when she arrives. JH

Haus Alpenz is coming tomorrow.-LB
Empire got delayed and will be coming tomorrow, I added 3 cases of High Noon to it. -LB
Baldor coming tomorrow, US foods coming Friday, I added a coke since one bag seems low right now and I know we will be very busy with sodas. -LB

Mobilebytes Issues: We can remove the espresso martinis and death of a magical horse along with piglin punch on friday.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
