Manager Communication:
Opened the building with Rebecca this morning - super chill. 
Got the beer delivery all squared away in the walk-in -also did a little reorganizing in the liquor room along the back wall. I also put some simple signage on the back wall denoting the sections of liquor storage (Vodka, Rum, Agave Spirits, etc. al) - just think it might help to serve as a reminder to try to keep things a little more tidy back there. - IP

I have continued on the back bar stock thang. I emailed all of my bar peeps so y'all got that. - AB2

Pretty chill slow night all around. Everything was smooth. - AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Tevon and Matthew opened up this morning. Nothing to report as they are fast, efficient and great at their jobs! - IP

Patrick & Gabrielle crushed it today in Lobby/Tree's. Easy slowish night. - AB2

Prep List:
I made a couple lemonades, but Ariel and I discussed and it makes sense to err on the side of caution with batching in light of business levels. - IP

Lost & Found?:
Beanie with an :o face was found in Tree's. I put in L&F - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Received Sarene, Union and Twelve Percent - organized all kegs in walk-in. 
Also received Blackstrap Molasses and Cardamom Bitters. IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
