Manager Communication: 

Rainy morning with a very busy first round, with most theaters filling up at one point or another throughout the day.  Minecraft is definitely having a spring break resurgence, and Black Bag and Mickey 17 continue to sell out the smaller theaters. JH

The rain continued and so did the business! Trees was pretty crowded from 5-10, and all of the theaters were well sold, if not sold out. Lots of coverage everywhere, and good vibes in the building. Dreary weather, but really great attitudes all around. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:

Bryan and Natasha are always excellent openers, and Matthew and Gab provided very good support and thorough restocking that made the transition into the closing team very smooth. After knocking out a very busy service rush during family meal, Bryan and Natasha got outta here, and I had Matthew do a little more batching to get us stocked and ready for a busy week. Jeshua crushed it in the lobby - it's really great to have bilingual lobby staff, as Jeshua made several ticketing interactions a lot easier and more pleasant for several families today. Gab, Lydia and Patrick continue to be a solid Saturday night crew. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 

I have noticed over the last two or so weeks, runners seem to be able to run food much more efficiently at Trees since we reviewed and reiterated proper procedure.  Had plenty of folks in this morning ordering some snacks at the bar, and runners were absolutely on point. JH

Great support at the Trees service pass by servers throughout the day. JH

Seconded for the evening crew! They did a great job in all theaters. Shane was particularly good tonight, as he had some rowdy audiences in Th. 7. - IP

Special Events?

ST&B went well, we were well-stocked throughout, but will definitely need to order some more Buffalo Bourbon Cream and infuse some more spirits before the next one on May 1st. JH   

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:

I reiterated to the team the importance of getting out from behind the bar to buss and clear glassware. I'm always happy to grab something if I see something, and make sweeps of the space when they're slammed -- but tonight I noticed the team leaning on me and Dwight and anyone kind enough to return their glasses to the bar a little too much, so I mentioned it remains their responsibility. - IP

Prep List:

Natasha and Matthew got us all batched up for tomorrow morning. Should be good to go on everything - will probably need to make more Pigglin Punch syrup tomorrow, also perhaps another Infinity & Beyond. - IP

Lost & Found?:

A small black fannypack was left in Th. 7 after the 7:45p Black Bag. It's labeled as such, on the desk in the office. - IP

Pair of leather gloves left on mezz - in lost and found bin at lobby. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 

Started a Baldor order for Monday bringing lemons and limes, but we may run out of limes sometime tonight or tomorrow morning. JH

We are starting to run low on Miller High Life and Tecate. Also running low on Charles and Charles Rose - put the last two cases in the walk-in. - IP

Maintenance: 

The Th7 service pass definitely smelled a lot better today, and the leak appears to have abated for the time being. JH
