Manager Communication:
The tiny white caps for the frozens are broken off and always fall off. I see they were put to the side and wanted to see if guys wanted to order more or rock it without them because we don't technically need them but I looked for them on the Elmeco website and was unable to find the part. - AB2

Regarding above, we may have some back ups, I will check and I have navigated the Elmeco site before so if we want to replace I can find them, but first I will check where I put the back up parts.-LB

I printed and laminated the new side work tasks and posted at each bar. I also posted some reminders at Trees to turn around for customers. -LB

I think I may work on a Nitehawk Glossary. For all of the new employees that don't know some of the common words thrown around. Some stuff that confused me in my first few months until I was fully assimilated. Or an FAQ as well. -LB

Gil, Jose brought some cords to the MOD at EOD and I left them for you, he said they came from Th 2 but was unsure where they came from. Leaving in MOD office on desk by POS.-LB

Some hilarious antics at night's end. Maya served a customer who was being cordial with the writer of Reanimator maybe? He was sober enough to get served, but quickly turned the corner. I escorted him downstairs in the elevator because he was stumbling hard. He left easily, had some trouble out there but he denied my help in getting him a taxi. I will check when I walk out that he is gone. I also spoke to Maya to make sure she didn't knowingly serve such an intoxicated guest and it seems he was verbal and fine until he took a shot. Justin is a real asset and nice to have on the NH team. Thanks for the good hire.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: Dion gave Maya and Greg a compliment and I second it. They work great together and banged out some very busy pushes. Trees was bumping tonight with the softball crew coming in. I cut Lydia shortly after family meal since she is coming off of a cold. Very manageable but I think we are definitely building to a three bartenders at Trees through 8/9 ish on Mondays. Patrick held down lobby-LB

FOH Staff Observations: The servers in Th 1/2 were hustling tonight, really felt the team support vibe.-LB

We got an order in from Baldor and we also got US Foods. We had some sodas and I put them away. If anyone has orders coming in on Mondays please email me an invoice (N/A Baldor/US Foods only) so that I can make sure we got everything. Lauren has been sending me the Baldor one and it has been very nice. - AB2

Maintenance:

The pipe for the handwash sink in Tree's closest to the bathroom broke off and probably needs to be rewelded. I sent an email to everyone and put it in the maintenance doc. - AB2
