Manager Communication: Ian measured that the frozen machines take about 6 quarts at top of day and we can keep in mind back up stocking based off of this size. 

It would be helpful to remind the entire staff that when Family meal is first out, that you are one of many taking food. You should be mindful to leave some for your fellow workers.  I also think the kitchen needs to calibrate this a little tighter for heavier staffed days as the food was pretty gone after about 15 minutes. All the veggie options were gone yesterday when we were in our bar meeting. Ian also didn't get any family meal yesterday for a similar reason.-LB

Jenn also missed out on family meal today :( JH

Another reminder for the MODs, when you leave, could you please make sure you bus your drinks, dinners, trash from the MOD office.-LB

I also think we should increase the price of club soda to 5.00. It is a service, the servers carry that weight, people will pay it and tip on it.  It is kind of a disparity and a time capsule price situation. I also think we could increase the cold brew to 7/8 for the summer menu and drop the hot coffee to 5. This is more inline with the value and quality of product/price. Sorry, some hangry thoughts.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
All bartenders were in by the time I arrived, and Matthew was able to get out of here once everyone had a chance to grab some family meal.  Tevon floated up to Trees and knocked out the pre-Superbad Trees crowd, and then he and Gabrielle switched over to the service pass.  Tevon stuck around until Superbad got out, and then Gabrielle and Patrick closed the bars without issue. JH

Hiring/Training: Jazmin is here training, so far I LOVE HER. She has said all the right things. YAY!!!

Special Events? 
Superbad screening was well-attended and well-loved. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Bar email note: Licorice not to go in the fridge.   FORDS Bottles ONLY for CAN YOU DIG IT. Can you dig it to be stored behind bar only in those bottles not any store N pour.

Prep List:
Pretty slim on restocks today, as both openers did a pretty thorough job before doors.  I'll definitely get a jump on some Simple Syrup and Iced Tea first thing tomorrow. JH

Lost & Found?: 
A black baseball cap and an empty black bag were left at Trees Lounge.  I brought both down to the L&F bin at Lobby.  I believe the guest who left behind the bag has already been in touch with infomail. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: ordered flanges for the bubblers, if they arrive when I am not here please put in bubbler part bus tub or I can put them away Saturday-LB
To Rise and Baldor tomorrow. US Foods friday-LB

Maintenance: Back on the routine maintenance of bar. Cleaned all coffee apparatus, ice machine filters, dishwasher, did fly treatments on all bar and bar prep drains.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
