Saturday 11.30.24 Jenn/Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day with very full theaters.  The service pass at Trees got a little crunchy when we had second floor and third floor theaters seating either at the same time or very close to each other, but service was never negatively impacted and bartenders caught up quickly. JH Customer Comments: People are surprised that they can't get the seats that they want 45 minutes to showtime on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend, so weird, obviously our fault. -LB   BAR Staff Observations: Patrick noted that Darius seemingly tries to avoid front-facing service during Saturday nights.  He does a lot of restocking, which obviously is needed, but it seems slightly unfair. Upon his return to Trees I asked him to just get back there and help crank out drinks for 1 & 2.  If he disappears again in this manner I will mention it to him, but happy to discuss an approach to handling.-LB Darius was in the zone for the rest of the nigh...

Friday, 11.29.24 Gus/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication:  Busy, busy, busy Black Friday, with most screenings selling out or getting very close to it all day.  Trees had a few crowds during the day, which kept us busy upstairs whenever there was a lull in service tickets. JH Theaters were sold out but the Moana and Wicked crowds do not drink too much in my experience. Was a smooth service. - AB2 Customer Comments:  Sooooooo... We got a call from Jeshua to have Nick come to Lobby at around 11:20. James went to Lobby and when I got there, he was behind the bar speaking to Jeshua. James then informed me that the guy was headed up to Tree's and had 2 bodega bags and was very visibly drunk. I started walking up the stairs and homie was at the top right near the entrance of Tree's. Nick was speaking with him about his bags with outside drinks. I came in and started speaking to the guy. It was 11:24. He said he wanted to order some food before the kitchen closes and that he had 12 minutes. I told him that the ki...

Thursday, Thanksgiving, 11/28/24 Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Gus was making it all happen when I got in. If someone wants to harass Coca-cola again tomorrow about the gun, that would rock.-LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua rules. Such an awesome guy and hard worker. Wouldn't hire him to be a DJ, we had to ask him to turn down the music at one point.  More on Jeshua. Fast and like invisible at getting what needs to get done, plus he carved the turkey up for everyone like a boss and I am creeped out by meat.-LB Lydia made rocking corn bread. Patrick made cheesy poufs and I made some brown butter sage rice krispy treat. Such a nice treat working with such caring folks today.-LB Bryan and Maya held down Lobby bar. Gentle reminder to have someone check out the gate at lobby bar. -LB FOH Staff Observations: Jose just grinds it out. Love that guy. Theater 1 kept losing power on their walkie. I know they are expensive but a few more would help us during these super busy pushes. -LB Hiring/Training: Special...

Wednesday 11/27/2024 Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  I clocked the bad ginger ale that is on the floor by soda shelf in Lobby bar. So the next US Foods order if we can send it back and leave it in kitchen.-LB Another very busy evening, with second round selling out most theaters and third round not too far behind.  I was basically glued to the service pass at Trees from 6-10, as it was absolutely non-stop tickets.  However, service never got backed up and the staggered showtimes gave bars a chance to restock before another service push. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Matthew is excellent at opening and dealing with busy rushes.-LB It's been said a lot the past week, but really great work from bar team tonight.  Tevon and Jeshua basically held down Lobby all evening with very little support from me, as I was at Trees.  Similarly, Gabrielle and Matthew were absolute machines at Trees, swapping from service to guest-facing to restocking and everything in between. We talked a little bit about...

Tuesday 11.26 Gus/Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication: We're definitely hitting our stride with the level of business, which is great timing because Moana 2 is about to get NUTTY. Feeling great about product levels, and looking forward to getting into some organizing tomorrow for admin/maintenance day. - IP BAR Staff Observations: The team is really acclimating well to the spike in business. Now that we've gotten our feet wet with the opening weekend and our expectations are a bit more set, I think these guys are going to do a great job with the upcoming Holiday boom. Darius and Bryan were a great team tonight at Trees, and Lydia and Maya were excellent in the lobby. Props to Lydia for sticking around to help out with the busy 9:15 push for Wicked in Theater 1. - IP Special Events? "Lenny" screening went off without a hitch. Good crowd, decent pop before the show.  Not too many stuck around afterwards but the vibe was good. - IP Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Staff ordering food during service was men...

Monday 11.25 Ariel/Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication: Gus popped in like a superhero with some St. Germain so we could batch more Elphaba's elixir.-LB I updated the Glindade spec sheet in the bar prep binder. I printed two more to put in the bar but they have a different doc and I could not locate that doc in the drive. If someone can update that for the bars prep area. The Glindade   is batched and ready to rock in the bubbler tomorrow.-LB My queer cocktail is ready to go with multiple name options and COGS determined. Sent Gus an email about it. Can you tell I am excited about this movie about drugs and mezcal? -LB I pulled all the strawberry sparkle syrups from both bars and put it in the walk-in. We should be good to go for furious service with this drink in the bubbler. -LB I am going to restock front soda shelf when I am waiting for the building to empty. Moving these around reminded me that Lydia thought the current ginger ale syrup tasted weird, I confirm it has a weird taste. Ariel was gonna label it bu...

Sunday 11/24/24 Ian/Lauren (w/ a cameo by Gus)

Manager Communication: Oh boy, what a doozy. Miguel called out sick, which I was aware of because he texted the bar team and myself early this morning. I got in early to open and man the lobby until Patrick arrived. When I got to the building a little before 9 I received a text from Nathaniel that he was ill upon arriving to work and left before I arrived. I scrambled to get everything open, but figured things would get a little more complicated when doors opened at 10:35 until the floor MOD arrived at 11:00 (as I was the only MOD on site and had to man the lobby bar) - so I texted Gus and he was able to pop by and save the day - manning the lobby bar which allowed me to assist Maya for the sold out Wicked screenings before Tevon arrived for backup at 12. The servers were great in helping me get the theaters set up (which is new to me - but went well!). - IP   I think it would be helpful if the floats got cleaned in the kitchen, these glasses don't do super well in our rotatio...

Saturday 11/23/24 Gus/Ariel/Lauren

Manager Communication: Nice and busy all day. Had some good pushes with sold out TH1 and TH2. Gabrielle was great today. Real MVP. She had a great attitude and was just crushing it! Jeshua handled Lobby solo for pretty much his whole shift with no issues. - AB2 I am taking 6 bottles of the infused gin for the Wicked special over to Williamsburg. - AB2 Vlad forgot to grab our trash and recycling, he told me on his way out, but he asked the kitchen staff to grab it. I bagged all the boxes for them.-LB   Customer Comments:   A customer from the 9:30pm Wicked said that Theater 2 was very warm. "As it is coat and jacket season, people are bundled up and it was hot." He was very nice about it understanding the old building.-LB  BAR Staff Observations: There was a mighty unfortunate situation to open the shift. Maya was confused and instead of following the build sheets or reading the guide on the wall behind her, she built the Glindade with the strawberry glitter syrup (...

Friday 11.22 Gus/Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication: Jenn and Gus were aces in getting everything ready for an absolutely massive night. Everything was sold out everywhere all the time and it was great! . The place is buzzin' and it's only the beginning of the season - hold on to your butts! - IP BAR Staff Observations: The team pushed through an almost totally sold out Friday night, and Bryan and Tevon put in a ton of hard work for some really grueling shifts carrying from open to deep into the evening. Gab was awesome for the final sold out round of Gladiator by herself and Matthew and Patrick crushed the late rounds after Bryan got out of here. This was very busy but the team handled it really really well. I was impressed. - IP    FOH Staff Observations: Jose was on point tonight. He was on the lookout for anything to help streamline a very busy service, and I appreciate him. - IP Prep List:  Lots of new specials launching today!  To help with space in the walk in, I have placed all backup Rag...

Thursday 11/21/24 Lauren/Gus

Manager Communication: Need to communicate to bar staff that downstairs machines all work, Bryan didn't know. I thought he did. He started Cherry limeade at 4:45 pm.-LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Ice machine in Trees was only half full at 5pm. It seemed to have turned itself off. Restarted and it seems to be fine. Unsure why it did that. -LB Great flow tonight. Matthew is such a champ at service well. Really good vibes when he is running the ship. Very focused, but never flustered. -GS FOH Staff Observations: Kobe was such a delight tonight. Just on top of it and very relaxed. Frankly I think the whole team was happy to be busy.  Special Events? The Queen's Cartoonist.  Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Specials SOP's and proceedures. 86ed / counts on items: We will need more tarragon to make more Wicked Gin.  We also lost a bottle of Ango in transport.  I could not locate any 6 inch wooden skewers for Bloody Mary garnish, T is using the swords in lieu of...

Wednesday 11/20/24 Ian/Lauren/Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Ian and I stacked kegs. Gus and Ian are sous vide-ing the tarragon gin. Ian and I cleaned out some old stuff from walk-in freeing up some more cambros.-LB BAR Staff Observations:  Everyone was great tonight, with both bars fielding very busy second round showings.  Also, we brought down the plastic innards of the new frozen machine to the empty one in the lobby, filled it with Cherry Lime Slushie, and it ran without issue all night. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  I left one batch of Rage is Your Gift steeping in the walk-in, which can be strained and tasted tomorrow.  All Tarragon Ford's was brought to the walk-in, too. JH  Jeshua forgot to clock out, but I was able to get in touch with him before I left and I adjusted his time punch. JH Prep List:  Batched Princes of Maine, intimate party, american pie-LB Pay Outs:  $300 (Miscellaneous) $50 (Event Talent) No one mentioned the $300 pay out to myself or Nathaniel, but we fi...

Tuesday 11.19 Gus/Jenn/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Full house today! Was great to chat and confer about the upcoming busy schedule. Feeling good about glassware levels/backups and excited to get in the thick of it soon! - IP Customer Comments:  A customer in Lobby asked to speak to a manager. They had water spilled on their coat during the 7 o'clock time frame of A Real Pain.  They were really sweet about it. I apologized and was glad it wasn't something worse as it was a nice coat. I offered them passes and they were happy. They noted how much they love Nitehawk. -LB I informed a guest sitting underneath the projection screen in Trees that we were setting up for Trivia and politely asked him to move to another table in the next half hour or so. The guest was visibly affronted and asked what time Trivia started - I explained that even though trivia was still not set to begin for another hour, guests had already started arriving, so we needed to make sure the floor was set. He was again incredulous, and I...

Monday 11.18.24 Jenn/Ariel NPP Bar

Manager Communication: We moved the bubbler in Tree's to where the open red wines live today. I took a photo and showed all NPP bartenders and asked for feedback for how it fits during the flow of service (if the new location is helpful), so be on the look out for feedback from bartenders. - AB2 We put clean glass racks in the liquor room and moved everything from the lowboys into the walk in in buss bins and trays. - AB2 I sent each of you (Bar Managers) and all bartenders working tomorrow a photo of the back bar shelves for both Tree's and Lobby so that they know how to put everything back and that we have no issue's with that tomorrow. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Was able to get Lydia out around 9:00. Darius stayed pretty late to help with all the movement for the deep cleaning. He was real helpful. Everyone showed a lot of teamwork tonight. We had a solid crew and everyone was real helpful with the closing. Was a good night with a good crew. - AB2 Special Events? No B...

Sunday 11.17.24 Gus/Ian

Manager Communication:   We were stacked with management. - GS Handover was awesome today. Gus stocked up the walk-in and we handled the staff meal crunch easily. Gus worked out the kinks for a dope new Wicked cocktail. I scrubbed the white sugar trough inside and out, and ran the lid and scoop through the dishwasher - she's sparkly and ready to be refilled tomorrow! - IP BAR Staff Observations:  Miguel is such a hard worker. Very communicative and will to help out. Really happy he is part of the team -GS Patrick and Darius worked really well together in the lobby tonight. Bryan and Jeshua likewise upstairs. While it wasn't crazy busy tonight, there were still several bumpin' service pushes - not to mention steady foot traffic at Trees and in the Lobby - and both duos were really on the same wavelength tonight. Ya love to see it. - IP 86ed / counts on items: We have 5 full Cab Franc bottles in the house - no backup. We have roughly four quarts of Princes of Maine stocked be...

Saturday 11.16 Jenn/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Gab, Lydia, Bryan and Miguel fought through a huge rush after a piece of broken plastic from the Select bottle got into the ice well (at the time it was thought to be glass as if that matters), they burned the ice.  Very impressive turn around during a crazy push. Props to all the hard work. -LB Tested my wicked cocktail and it is good to go, just need to do the cost breakdown tutorial with Gus on Tuesday.-LB Lauren made the transition from day to night service seamless and easy. Everything was well prepped and we were all over coverage for family meal and the gauntlet of nearly sold out 1's and 2's. Overall it was a pleasantly busy night and everyone was up for the challenge. - IP Customer Comments:  Had a guest this morning who brought in a folding bike and when Matthew asked her to put it on the landing, she refused.  When I spoke to her, she said that she had brought it into the theaters here "all the time."  Rebecca explained that if that ...

Friday 11/15/24 Lauren/Ariel

Manager Communication: Oy. Analog inventory has been taken. I am making a data sheet. I need to finish organizing some of it tomorrow but all of the information has been collected prior to service so accuracy is tight, I can finish putting it together tomorrow and go over stuff with Jenn. Sorry got very pulled away often today so it took a bit to finish being sure the addition was right. -LB We were extremely low on rocks glasses all night. There were no boxes of new ones to pull from. We really need those asap. -AB2 Jay had spoken to me about his concerns with Pre-Auth. I am sure y'all have already heard about this. He insists on it. He was saying we are the last dine-in theater with Pre-Auth and I told him we were the first with alcohol though... It was a cool lil chatty. Not sure why but he is rather persistent on this matter. I get that it is easier in a lot of ways but I am sure there is good reason for timing here. I don't know, just thought to share. - AB2 I approved Ma...

Thursday 11/14/2024 Lauren/Gus

Manager Communication: I informed Russell that we need cereal replenishment and he is on it. -LB Started a new side work doc so we can collectively make it more accurate and beneficial to all bar staff.-LB As I heard a few bartenders worried about the cold winter air when these doors stay open, I mentioned it to Gil and they are aware, just trying to manage the landmark status compliance. -LB   Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Natasha was sick today. I marked it in 7shifts and she is going to input it into ADP Jeshua was asking where the hose was for TL,  since he couldn't find it. Perhaps we need to make a hook for it or something?-LB Jeshua found the key bar key in the soda stacks for lobby bar- GS FOH Staff Observations: Alex is always such a delight. Pleasure to be around. -GS Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Natasha called out Special Events? Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Side work schedule-LB Procedure for storage of frozen stuff at end of night so...

Wednesday 11/13/2024 Lauren/Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Ian was rocking out maintaining the frozen machines and bubblers.  Ian also took out the dishwasher components and did a deep clean hoping this solves the cloudy glass issue.  Going to do this weekly.  We also agreed to keep an eye on draining the dishwater routinely during busy shifts.  -LB BAR Staff Observations:  Got both openers out of here once the second round settled, and both Gabrielle and Jeshua rocked each bar solo for the rest of the evening. JH Special Events?  Some of the partygoers from the private screening made their way up to Trees Lounge after the movie, and chilled up there for a while with some after movie drinks. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Considering making the sink on the left in the pit a sanitizer sink for quick rinses of jiggers during service.  Also coming up with a uniform lay out for the batch and pour so no one has to hunt for labels during busy pushes. -LB 86ed / counts on items:...

Tuesday 11.12 Gus/Lauren/Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication: Everybody (minus Ariel!) was in the building and had a great lil meeting. Chenelle was also on board today to get the HBO Event all squared away. - IP Customer Comments: Received this note from Sarah, the HBOMax affiliate, which she requested I pass along - she wrote, "Chenelle is awesome! Thank you for a great event!". Way to go, Chenelle! - IP BAR Staff Observations: Very sleepy night all around and the team held it down. Bryan stuck around for a while to help Tevon out with the HBO event and Lydia flew the lobby solo most of the evening. - IP  Hiring/Training: A gentleman came by today inquiring about a position as a porter - I checked in with kitchen and they told me to tell him to come back some time between 3p-5p tomorrow 11/13 and someone from the kitchen would chat with him. - IP Special Events? "The Commandant's Shadow" had a little party at Trees after their 7p screening. Chenelle and Russell knocked the food and set up out of t...

Monday 11.11.24 (Veteran's Day) Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication:  Th1/2 Wild Robot screenings really jumped in sales between doors and showtime, but we were well staffed throughout the building.  Beautiful weather during the day, but we had plenty of walk ins throughout the first two rounds. JH Customer Comments: We had a guest that was here for the final TH2 showing. He was a bit bummed but he also received the cancelation email at 12:23pm so I had no reason to feel bad for homie. He was doing a double screening but never received the email for his ecredit. I was unsure how to help because it was issued (I know it was because I looked up the email/order ID online and it said it was sent. Carly came through all gangsta and told me that the eCredit is shown on the bottom right corner of the website and he took a photo to use for a future date. He was coolin' and thanked Carly immensely. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations:  Darius and Lydia opened both bars without issue, and service was smooth sailing overall.  O...

Sunday 11/10/24 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: So a couple came late to Venom and the guy insisted on buying tickets, I told them they could not get a refund. Carly was there to help them arrive, they came out saying someone was in their seat.. I think his partner was just annoyed so I gave them two passes to use another day-LB     BAR Staff Observations:  I think we should add a Non-Alcoholic Mimosa to the next menu printing now that we have Lyre's. We could put it in a pilsner glass to avoid confusion and use most of the can. -LB Bryan, Darius, Partrick and Jeshua were on top of it tonight. Bryan and Darius stuck around to help get us over the dinner rush hump and then we were sailing through the end of the evening. Jeshua and Patrick were both very fastidious to make sure openers are all set for tomorrow's early rounds. - IP 86ed / counts on items: Close to out of OJ, I ran to get more since it has been a heavy mimosa day.  Tangerine juice was tossed past date. -LB We are 86 cans o...

Saturday 11/9/24 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:   Trying out keeping the Overproof rum on ice for the Under the Cherry Moon so it is less apt to separate for customers.-LB Ian and I are swapping our shifts tomorrow so he doesn't have to clopen. I will be here at 9:30 am ready to rock.-LB I am forever grateful for Lauren! - IP Customer Comments:   With regards to the customer comments in the comp report, the seltzer might taste fruity since the cranberry syrup is leaking on the soda gun in the pit. -LB BAR Staff Observations:   Opening team held it down today before I was in. -LB Team was kicking butt all night. Gab, Patrick and Darius rocked several busy rounds in theaters 1/2 and Miguel and Lydia were awesome downstairs. Got Miguel outta here around 8:30p and Gab finished up around 10p. - IP FOH Staff Observations:    Everyone felt very cared for with the delicious comfort meal of soup and sandwiches! -LB Caleb was very helpful with glass washing tonight, as per usual. Great job. ...

Friday 11.08.24 Jenn/Gus/Ariel

Manager Communication:  Lots of Bar manager coverage today. Little thin on floor coverage We were coolin' though. Smooth night. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Bryan crushed opening Everyone was great tonight. PPP (Prospect Park Parents) were in the house tonight. We had a solid crowd and the bar team handled that plus the theater rush well. -AB2 FOH Staff Observations: Quetzie was gangsta as always, Breanna was killing it for support all night, Shae was crushing it, Fredo did his thing in TH3, Grace did her thing as well. Dope team tonight. - AB2 Sick Leave/ Call outs:  Natasha was still feeling under the weather this morning, so she let me know early this morning that she was going to put her shift up.  Jeshua picked it up.  Natasha was marked as Sick and knows to submit her hours on ADP. JH Special Events Prospect Park Parents- they came, they mingled, some of them drank Prep List: 3 Firewalk Honey Leomonade Bounty Law Lost & Found?: Someone left their card in...

Thursday 11/7/24 Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  I tried getting my first N/A order together. Will cross check with Jenn when she is in to get me fully launched. -LB Pretty decent dinner round for a Thursday, with plenty of the smaller theaters selling really well, and Anora still cracking 100 in Th1.  ST&B rounded out the night, and everything was pretty quiet after that theater did last call. Had a few folks from ST&B hang out at Trees for a bit, but they were all gone by the time the last movie let out.  JH Customer Comments:  Had a group of five people up on the Mezz playing pool, and when Natasha went up to bus she saw they had food and drinks from Chipotle.  She asked whose it was, and they all denied it was theirs (even though it was at a table with all of their stuff), as they were playing pool, so she called for a manager.  I asked again whose food it was, they all denied it was theirs, and they had not ordered anything since they arrived, so I told them all they h...

Wednesday 11.06 Jenn/Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Wow. What a fun day to be alive!!! Morale has been cohesive today.  Everyone is doing their best to focus on work. -LB   Customer Comments:  A woman in theater 4 came down twice because her order was taking too long. I comped her popcorn. Daniella decided it was good to slow her down based on her intoxication level and the customer was satisfied once she had a drink in hand.  She was also amusingly upset that we don't have Chardonnay, justifying her need to get two Tito's and soda.  -LB BAR Staff Observations: As I view things through a vegetarian's lens, I have noticed the vegan option being cleaned out of family meal pretty early on if there is a note we can get to kitchen.  Just want to make sure staff has enough energy in their tank for the night.-LB    As per our bar meeting yesterday using discretion to let staff not clean frozen machines. Gabrielle had a pretty busy push today and closing alone was a lot. I told ...

Tuesday 11.05 Gus/Jenn/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Big managerial presence today. Had a lovely bar meeting when I got in. Daniella, Jared and James were all great tonight! - IP BAR Staff Observations: Very chill evening. Darius and Tevon both got out of here around 7:30 and Lydia and Bryan held down their respective bars like champs. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Matthew is lovely. Very conscientious about how he handles his guests when they have issues and always has a positive attitude. - IP  Staff Meeting Agenda notes: We went over Gus's notes (sent via email), we discussed end of night procedure and how to best implement the nightly emptying and washing of the frozen machines and bubblers, and chatted about scheduling. - IP Prep List: Walk-in was very well stocked when I came in. Will have to make simple syrup and more arbol tequila for sure tomorrow. I'm in early for admin stuff, so will make sure everything is groovy for service. - IP Over/Short on Banks:  Filmbot was $10 over this morning when I wa...

Monday 11.04.24 Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Things were coolin' on the bar side of things. Events were cool and smooth. Staff was gangsta. AB2 Customer Comments: We had 2 guests that were drunk in the lobby. They bought tickets for Smile 2 last round. They came up to Tree's right after. Darius refused to serve them alcohol but offered club soda and water. I ended up approaching them with 2 waters and stated "Hey y'all, here are two waters, I saw that you purchased 2 tickets tonight but I will not allow you to go in the theater tonight. I will happily refund you your tickets but you cannot see a movie tonight." She asked "Why not?" I said that they were just too drunk and when she asked for examples I stated "I do not need to further explain. I think it covers enough." I brought them their cash and let them be for a bit before they left on their own. They were not crazy or loud or anything. They were just very visibly drunk and well aware of that fact. I spoke with...

Sunday 11.03.24 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Nathaniel and I opened up the building and it was nice and breezy. Nothing of note to report other than the bar team has fully completed their Menu Quizzes, as Maya completed hers today! All updated in the drive folder and quiz put away in her file. - IP I wanted to note that it might be fun to put a Cannaiolo Nero on the menu for Gladiator 2. It is a proud grape grown in Lazio, which isn't a huge wine region and also why the Romans are so into this grape.  Customer Comments: The general consensus on the Cherry Limeade is that it is too tart. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Maya and Natasha rocked opening. Maya crushed a pretty well sold Ghostbusters screening and Natasha held down the lobby until Patrick came in at 1p. Miguel got in at 1:30 and jumped right in to help replenish glassware and get the bar nice and stocked. Around 3ish I had Nat hop to the back and get us ahead on some Maple/Sage/Pear syrup and a bunch of Bloody Mary Concentrate. - IP  Natasha...

Saturday 11/02/24 Gus/Ian

Manager Communication: Smooth hand-off today from Gus to me. Gus stuck around to help cover the bars for family meal and then we were off to the races for some big Anora screenings, and even a pretty busy Venom crowd. We had a plethora of fun to-do's today in Theater 7 and James, Carly, Jared and I made a formidable team and got everything handled with aplomb. - IP BAR Staff Observations: The team got off to a bit of a discombobulated start re-organizing after family meal - mainly because of glassware arriving right at crunch time, and some post-meal shuffling of stations - but once we established the flow with Gab at the pass, Patrick providing backup at the taps and Brian handling guest-facing, we settled in and everything was silky smooth from the 6p Anora on. The first floor was also bustling. Lydia and Jeshua did a great job in the lobby, keeping their composure and the drinks flowing even for the short instance when Filmbot went down. Kudos to a great team tonight! - IP FOH S...

Friday 11.01 Jenn/Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Lots of managers here today Customer Comments: There was a kids bday up in the mezz of trees before the 6pm Wild Robot. There were really loud and brought outside food. I told them not to use it. They didn't really care. Made sure nothing escalated, but created a vibe I wouldn't have wanted to hang out in.  Only two guardians for a gaggle of 10 year old boys.  BAR Staff Observations:    Gabrielle clocked in 15 minutes late because she forgot, she wasn't late if someone can adjust her clock in time.  Natasha was told to get off her phone by me when she was not making tickets. She seemed a little off tonight, but so did the populace. -LB Lobby bar seems to have some trouble getting all the product out of frozen machines to clean. It feels like we might lose product by doing this procedure or need to figure the system out so that the items aren't as frozen when they go to empty the machines.   Gabrielle turned the Fire Walk with me...
