Manager Communication: 
Th1/2 Wild Robot screenings really jumped in sales between doors and showtime, but we were well staffed throughout the building.  Beautiful weather during the day, but we had plenty of walk ins throughout the first two rounds. JH

Customer Comments:
We had a guest that was here for the final TH2 showing. He was a bit bummed but he also received the cancelation email at 12:23pm so I had no reason to feel bad for homie. He was doing a double screening but never received the email for his ecredit. I was unsure how to help because it was issued (I know it was because I looked up the email/order ID online and it said it was sent. Carly came through all gangsta and told me that the eCredit is shown on the bottom right corner of the website and he took a photo to use for a future date. He was coolin' and thanked Carly immensely. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: 
Darius and Lydia opened both bars without issue, and service was smooth sailing overall.  Once Jeshua got in and the initial second round push had settled down, I was able to float Jeshua down to Lobby and get Lydia out of here. JH

The night was very smooth and rather gangsta boogie if I must say so myself. Jeshua got out of here after Tevon batched a bit. No Theater got very busy. Patrick was fine solo in Lobby and Tevon rocked out Tree's solo with no issue for the last round. - AB2 

FOH Staff Observations:
I feel like I saw Isobel everywhere today. She was running support and handling BUSINESS. - AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Please restock the soda closet as you replace bags for each bar.  There should be no trash left in the closet overnight. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
